蔣家河煤礦ZF201工作面采空區(qū)自燃防治技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:煤礦火災(zāi)是我國(guó)煤礦五大災(zāi)害之一,不僅造成大量的煤炭資源損失,更為嚴(yán)重者造成重大的人員傷亡事故,而采空區(qū)自燃火災(zāi)占據(jù)煤礦火災(zāi)的絕大多數(shù)。在我國(guó)的許多煤礦,煤層屬于厚煤層,隨著近年來(lái)厚煤層綜放開采的推廣,造成了采空區(qū)遺煤多,漏風(fēng)量大,易自燃煤層采空區(qū)自燃災(zāi)害更為嚴(yán)重的結(jié)果。因此研究易自燃綜放工作面采空區(qū)自燃火災(zāi)的防治具有重要意義。結(jié)合蔣家河煤礦ZF201工作面采空區(qū)自燃災(zāi)害防治實(shí)際問(wèn)題,采用理論分析、數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算、實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)驗(yàn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用檢驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)該礦煤炭自燃災(zāi)害的規(guī)律進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。通過(guò)對(duì)采空區(qū)煤炭自燃主要影響因素的分析,明確了ZF201工作面采空區(qū)自燃火災(zāi)的研究重點(diǎn)。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室測(cè)定ZF201工作面煤樣的基礎(chǔ)參數(shù),得到了耗氧衰減率為0.533,煤的最短自然發(fā)火期為17天,實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣耗氧的最低氧氣濃度為8.23%。設(shè)計(jì)了采空區(qū)束管監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),對(duì)采空區(qū)O2、CH4、CO等指標(biāo)氣體進(jìn)行了監(jiān)測(cè),建立了該礦采空區(qū)自燃火災(zāi)預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)報(bào)系統(tǒng),得到了采空區(qū)氣體濃度分布規(guī)律。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際建立了采空區(qū)數(shù)值模型,運(yùn)用Fluent對(duì)該礦的自燃危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行了的研究,得到了采空區(qū)自燃“三帶”的分布規(guī)律,其中氧化帶寬度最寬為125 m。最終選擇了采空區(qū)注氮的技術(shù)措施進(jìn)行采空區(qū)自燃的防治,并對(duì)治理效果進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬預(yù)測(cè),注氮后氧化帶寬度最大為81 m。現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用效果表明:自采取措施以來(lái),未發(fā)生采空區(qū)自燃的征兆,說(shuō)明該措施非常有效。研究成果為該礦的采空區(qū)自燃防治提供了可靠的理論支撐,避免了自燃災(zāi)害及其引發(fā)災(zāi)害的發(fā)生;并對(duì)地質(zhì)采礦條件相近煤礦的采空區(qū)自燃災(zāi)害防治起到了示范作用。
[Abstract]:Coal mine fire is one of the five major disasters of coal mine in our country. It not only causes a lot of coal resource losses, but also causes serious casualties, and the spontaneous combustion fire in goaf occupies the vast majority of coal mine fires. In many coal mines in China, coal seam belongs to thick coal seam. With the popularization of fully mechanized caving mining in thick coal seam in recent years, it has resulted in more coal left in goaf, large air leakage, and more serious spontaneous combustion disaster in goaf of easy spontaneous combustion coal seam. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf in fully mechanized caving face. Combined with the practical problem of prevention and control of spontaneous combustion disaster in the goaf of ZF201 face of Jiangjiahe Coal Mine, the method of combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation calculation, laboratory experiment and field application test is adopted. The regularity of spontaneous combustion disaster of coal in this mine is studied systematically. Based on the analysis of main influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, the research emphasis of spontaneous combustion in goaf in ZF201 face is defined. The basic parameters of coal samples in ZF201 face are measured in laboratory. The results show that the attenuation rate of oxygen consumption is 0.533, the shortest spontaneous combustion period of coal is 17 days, and the minimum oxygen concentration of experimental coal sample is 8.23. The monitoring system of goaf beam tube is designed, and the index gases such as O _ 2H _ 4H _ 4CO in goaf are monitored. The prediction and prediction system of spontaneous combustion fire in goaf is established, and the distribution law of gas concentration in goaf is obtained. The numerical model of goaf is established in combination with the field practice. The distribution of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf is obtained by using Fluent, and the width of oxidation zone is 125m. Finally, the technical measures of nitrogen injection in goaf were selected to prevent and control spontaneous combustion in goaf, and the control effect was predicted by numerical simulation. The maximum width of oxidation zone after nitrogen injection was 81 m. The results of field application show that there is no sign of spontaneous combustion in goaf since the measure was taken, which shows that the measure is very effective. The research results provide reliable theoretical support for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf of the mine and avoid the occurrence of spontaneous combustion disaster and it also plays an exemplary role in the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion disaster in goaf of coal mine with similar geological and mining conditions.
