刨煤機(jī)多體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及疲勞壽命預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:我國(guó)薄煤層煤炭資源豐富,隨著煤炭資源的日益減少,薄煤層工作面的開(kāi)采已成為提高煤炭生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的一個(gè)方向,而刨煤機(jī)作為開(kāi)采薄煤層煤炭的重要設(shè)備,也逐漸被煤機(jī)生產(chǎn)單位所重視,紛紛加大對(duì)刨煤機(jī)的研究工作,但由于國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)刨煤機(jī)的研究起步較晚,特別對(duì)刨煤機(jī)整機(jī)的力學(xué)性能研究的相對(duì)較少,導(dǎo)致刨煤機(jī)的可靠性和壽命相對(duì)較弱,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文主要完成以下工作:首先采用單自由度振動(dòng)理論,忽略刨頭前、后的鏈條質(zhì)量等因素的影響,將刨頭視為集中質(zhì)量塊,建立了含有刨煤機(jī)前、后驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈輪多邊形效應(yīng)的單自由度動(dòng)力學(xué)模型;再以單自由度模型為基礎(chǔ),綜合考慮刨鏈的質(zhì)量、刨鏈的預(yù)緊力及前后驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)等諸多因素,建立了刨煤機(jī)多自由度動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。以刨煤機(jī)工況下的載荷為負(fù)載激勵(lì),采用龍格庫(kù)塔法對(duì)刨煤機(jī)整機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行求解,得到了刨鏈張力及刨頭振動(dòng)的時(shí)間歷程曲線,并對(duì)提取了刨鏈張力及刨頭振動(dòng)的時(shí)域特征值;采用對(duì)比方法,得到了工況下刨頭前、后側(cè)鏈條張力的變化特性,并分析了不同預(yù)緊力和不同刨削深度對(duì)刨鏈張力的影響。采用有限元仿真技術(shù),建立了刨鏈的靜力學(xué)模型,研究了最大工作載荷下,刨鏈的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變分布狀態(tài);利用ANSYS workbench有限元軟件對(duì)刨鏈進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,研究其固有頻率,得到十階固有頻率及其振型。同時(shí)對(duì)刨煤機(jī)鏈輪在隨機(jī)載荷作用下的疲勞損傷進(jìn)行了分析與研究,得到了刨煤機(jī)鏈輪槽處的最大應(yīng)力值為1×106 Pa。最后運(yùn)用雨流計(jì)數(shù)法與Miner疲勞累計(jì)損傷理論相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)刨煤機(jī)進(jìn)行壽命預(yù)測(cè)。得到了刨煤機(jī)在特定的工作環(huán)境下的壽命時(shí)間。所得結(jié)論為改進(jìn)和設(shè)計(jì)刨煤機(jī)提供了理論基礎(chǔ),為刨煤機(jī)在不同的工況下動(dòng)態(tài)特性提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:China is rich in coal resources in thin coal seams. With the decreasing of coal resources, the mining of thin coal face has become a direction to improve the production of coal, and the planer is an important equipment for mining coal in thin coal seam. It has been paid more and more attention to by the coal machine production units, and has increased the research work of the coal plough one after another. However, due to the late start of the research on the coal plough in our country, especially the research on the mechanical properties of the whole coal plough machine is relatively less. The reliability and life of the planer are relatively weak. In view of the above problems, this paper mainly completes the following work: firstly, the single degree of freedom vibration theory is adopted, and the influence of factors such as the quality of the chain in front and back of the planer is ignored. The planer head is regarded as a lumped mass block, and a single degree of freedom dynamic model with polygon effect of the chain wheel driven before and after the coal plough is established, and the quality of the planing chain is considered synthetically on the basis of the single degree of freedom model. The multi-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of the coal plough is established by many factors, such as the pretightening force and the vibration of the front and rear drive system. Taking the load under the working condition of the plough as the load excitation, the dynamic model of the whole planer is solved by the Runge-Kutta method, and the time history curves of the tension of the planer and the vibration of the planer head are obtained. The time domain eigenvalues of the tension of the planer and the vibration of the planer are extracted, the variation characteristics of the chain tension at the front and rear side of the planer are obtained by using the contrast method, and the effects of different pretightening forces and different planing depths on the tension of the planer are analyzed. Using finite element simulation technology, the static model of the planer chain is established, and the stress and strain distribution state of the planer chain under the maximum working load is studied, and the modal analysis of the planer chain is carried out by using ANSYS workbench finite element software, and the natural frequency of the planer chain is studied. The tenth order natural frequency and its mode shape are obtained. At the same time, the fatigue damage of the coal plough sprocket under random load is analyzed and studied. The maximum stress at the sprocket of the plough is 1 脳 10 ~ 6 Pa. Finally, the method of rain flow counting and Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory is used to predict the life of coal plough. The life time of the coal plough in a specific working environment is obtained. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for improving and designing the coal plough and provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic characteristics of the plough under different working conditions.
