【摘要】：云南磷化集團(tuán)下屬的尖山磷礦坡頂出現(xiàn)裂縫后,采取了包括停產(chǎn)、封堵處理裂縫、加強(qiáng)坡頂?shù)难不赜^測(cè)等一系列措施,避免了裂縫的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和惡化,對(duì)邊坡的暫時(shí)穩(wěn)定性起到積極的作用。但在對(duì)該礦山穩(wěn)定性的判斷上由于監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)不足,存在一定的誤區(qū)。以云南磷化集團(tuán)礦山重大事故隱患辨識(shí)和危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)研究為依托,采用離散元對(duì)邊坡穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了模擬,模擬結(jié)果表明,在現(xiàn)狀條件下(邊坡長(zhǎng)200 m),如果出現(xiàn)裂縫的區(qū)域全部滑落,則大約滑落量為95萬m3,嚴(yán)重影響到采場(chǎng)采剝作業(yè)的人生及設(shè)備安全。經(jīng)方案比較,局部放緩成本較低,可降低相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:After cracks appeared on the top of the slope of the Jianshan Phosphate Mine affiliated to Yunnan Phosphate Group, a series of measures were taken, including stopping production, blocking and treating the cracks, and strengthening the itinerant observation of the top of the slope, so as to avoid the further development and deterioration of the cracks. It plays a positive role in the temporary stability of slope. However, there are some misunderstandings in judging the stability of the mine due to insufficient monitoring data. Based on the research of mine hidden danger identification and risk assessment of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group, the slope stability is simulated by discrete element. The simulation results show that, Under the condition of present condition (the slope is 200m long, if all the areas with cracks fall, the amount of fall is about 950000 m3), it will seriously affect the life and equipment safety of mining and stripping operation in the stope. Compared with the scheme, the cost of local slowdown is lower, which can reduce the related risks.
