大傾角綜采面覆巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:本論文以現(xiàn)有的大傾角煤層開采技術(shù)研究成果為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合王洼二礦115011大傾角綜采面開采地質(zhì)條件,綜合運(yùn)用理論分析計(jì)算、物理模擬、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)等研究方法,針對(duì)大傾角綜采面覆巖活動(dòng)規(guī)律等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究,取得了如下研究成果:(1)大傾角工作面開采后,覆巖整體垮落呈“7”型的拱結(jié)構(gòu)。通過理論分析研究大傾角綜采面頂板的破斷演化過程,并建立破斷頂板鉸接結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)模型,分析受力情況并提出其保持平衡條件。(2)大傾角工作面中頂板管理方面應(yīng)該著重于上端部,底板控制方面的應(yīng)該著重于下端部。大傾角工作面上部區(qū)域支承壓力最小,中部較大,下部最大;超前支承壓力集中系數(shù)中部最大,下部次之,上部最小。隨著煤層傾角增大,大傾角工作面上方零應(yīng)力區(qū)范圍越來(lái)越小,且沿工作面傾向逐漸向工作面上部靠攏。(3)115011工作面初次來(lái)壓步距為43.2 m。來(lái)壓期間工作面支架工作阻力平均為5052 k N。周期來(lái)壓步距平均為17.3 m,周期來(lái)壓期間支架工作阻力平均為4149 k N。支架工作阻力沿傾向方向表現(xiàn)為中上部偏大,下部較小,建立大傾角綜采面“支架-圍巖”力學(xué)關(guān)系模型,計(jì)算得出自由狀態(tài)下115011工作面支架傾向臨界傾倒角度為23.2°,臨界滑移角為7.4°。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the existing research results of large dip coal seam mining technology and combined with the mining geological conditions of 115011 fully mechanized coal face of Wangwa No. 2 Mine, this paper synthetically applies the research methods of theoretical analysis, physical simulation, numerical simulation and field measurement, etc. Based on the study of overlying rock activity law of fully mechanized mining face with large dip angle, the following research results are obtained: 1) after mining large dip face, the overburden collapse presents a "7" arch structure. Through theoretical analysis, the fracture evolution process of roof of fully mechanized face with large dip angle is studied, and the mechanical model of broken roof hinge structure is established. The stress situation is analyzed and the balance condition is put forward. (2) the management of the roof in the working face with large inclination angle should be focused on the upper end and the bottom plate control should focus on the lower end. The supporting pressure in the upper part of the working face with large dip angle is the smallest, the middle part is larger and the lower part is the largest. With the increase of coal seam inclination, the range of zero stress zone above the large dip face is smaller and smaller, and the initial pressure step distance is 43.2 mm. along the tendency to the upper part of the face. The working resistance of the support in the working face during the period of coming pressure is 5052 kN on average. The average step distance of periodic pressure is 17. 3 m, and the working resistance of the support during periodic pressure is 4149 kN on average. The working resistance of the support is larger in the middle and upper part and smaller in the lower part along the inclined direction. A mechanical model of "brace-surrounding rock" is established for the fully mechanized face with large dip angle. The results show that the critical collapse angle and slip angle are 23.2 擄and 7.4 擄respectively.
