釩云母氧化焙燒機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:通過TG-DSC、XRD、SEM分析以及化學(xué)浸出試驗(yàn),研究了氧化焙燒過程中釩云母晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和釩賦存狀態(tài)的變化情況,以及這些變化對(duì)釩浸出效果的影響,探討了釩云母的氧化焙燒機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:1在升溫過程中,釩云母依次失去層間吸附水、結(jié)晶水和羥基水。2釩云母晶體結(jié)構(gòu)非常穩(wěn)固,焙燒溫度小于850℃時(shí),釩云母僅發(fā)生晶體結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整。焙燒溫度低于600℃,主要發(fā)生V~(3+)的氧化反應(yīng);焙燒溫度為600~850℃,V~(3+)和V~(4+)的氧化反應(yīng)同時(shí)存在,但主要發(fā)生V~(4+)的氧化反應(yīng);焙燒溫度大于850℃,羥基的脫除導(dǎo)致云母層間結(jié)合力減弱,礦物結(jié)構(gòu)失去原有的穩(wěn)定性,出現(xiàn)松散解體趨勢(shì),V~(3+)和V~(4+)的氧化反應(yīng)均達(dá)到平衡;焙燒溫度大于1 000℃,釩云母的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)遭到破壞,原有的礦物形態(tài)逐漸消失,向非晶態(tài)玻璃相轉(zhuǎn)化。
[Abstract]:The changes of crystal structure and state of vanadium mica during oxidation roasting were studied by means of SEM analysis and chemical leaching test. The effects of these changes on the leaching effect of vanadium were studied. The oxidation roasting mechanism of vanadium mica was discussed. The results show that the vanadium mica loses the interlaminar adsorbed water in turn, and the crystal structure of crystal water and hydroxyl water is very stable.
