松科2井抗高溫隨鉆堵漏材料優(yōu)選及封堵效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:松科2井位于松遼盆地徐家圍子斷陷帶,設(shè)計(jì)井深6400m,將是世界第一口鉆穿白堊紀(jì)陸相地層的大陸科學(xué)鉆探井,為研究距今6500萬(wàn)年至1.4億年間的氣候和環(huán)境變化奠定科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。鉆井過(guò)程中,井越深,施工難度越大,出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題時(shí),處理起來(lái)也更加困難。鉆井一旦發(fā)生漏失,不但會(huì)造成鉆井液的巨大損失,還會(huì)對(duì)正常鉆井構(gòu)成威脅,因此,為確保鉆井安全,有必要時(shí)刻注意鉆井防漏堵漏。根據(jù)地溫梯度推算,松科2井井下溫度可達(dá)200℃,常用的隨鉆堵漏材料能夠滿(mǎn)足此高溫環(huán)境需求的較少,且目前抗高溫隨鉆堵漏材料主要集中在新材料的研發(fā)方面,對(duì)常用材料的抗高溫性能評(píng)價(jià)較少。本文依托松科2井工程,為滿(mǎn)足高溫鉆井防漏堵漏的需要篩選合適的隨鉆堵漏材料。結(jié)合松遼盆地地層特征,對(duì)多層段地層巖性進(jìn)行了分析和研究,并評(píng)價(jià)了地層的裂隙及孔隙發(fā)育特征,分析了漏失影響因素,為鉆井防漏堵漏提供了參考。在堵漏材料中篩選出常用的20種,通過(guò)室內(nèi)熱滾實(shí)驗(yàn),分別評(píng)價(jià)了材料的抗高溫性能,并篩選出9種可用于200℃以上高溫井的堵漏材料。同時(shí)結(jié)合松科2井隨鉆堵漏的技術(shù)要求,進(jìn)一步篩選出6種堵漏材料,并與松科2井抗高溫鉆井液體系進(jìn)行了配伍性測(cè)試。最后通過(guò)室內(nèi)堵漏實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試了所篩選的堵漏材料的單劑堵漏效果和復(fù)合堵漏效果,為松科2井隨鉆堵漏提供了參考。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究成果如下:(1)根據(jù)松遼盆地地層層序特征并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有鉆井資料,對(duì)松科2井目的層巖性特征及裂隙發(fā)育特征進(jìn)行分析,并研究了各種因素對(duì)松科2井鉆井漏失的影響,為鉆井隨鉆防漏堵漏提供參考。(2)在常用的堵漏材料中選取核桃殼、云母片等20種材料,通過(guò)室內(nèi)熱滾實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)材料的抗溫性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并從中優(yōu)選出9種可抗200℃高溫的堵漏材料。(3)對(duì)鉆井的隨鉆堵漏機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,并根據(jù)松科2井隨鉆堵漏的技術(shù)要求,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)選出6種經(jīng)濟(jì)可靠的隨鉆堵漏材料,并將這6種材料與松科2井現(xiàn)場(chǎng)使用的抗高溫鉆井液體系進(jìn)行配伍性測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:顆粒狀堵漏材料如碳酸鈣顆粒在加量5%及以下時(shí)對(duì)鉆井液流變性、濾失性基本沒(méi)有影響,纖維狀材料和片狀材料加量較多時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)鉆井液流變性能產(chǎn)生一定影響,而這兩類(lèi)材料對(duì)鉆井液濾失性影響不大。(4)采用DL-2堵漏實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)顆粒狀、纖維狀和片狀材料等三類(lèi)材料單劑在不同加量下的封堵性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),并測(cè)試了三類(lèi)材料復(fù)合后的封堵效果。結(jié)果表明:顆粒性堵漏材料對(duì)模擬漏層有一定的封堵效果,其最優(yōu)加量為5%左右。纖維狀堵漏材料作為單劑使用時(shí)對(duì)模擬漏層基本沒(méi)有封堵效果,需與其他材料復(fù)合使用。片狀堵漏材料作為單劑使用時(shí),封堵效果也不佳,且基本沒(méi)有承壓能力,也需要與其他材料復(fù)合使用。三類(lèi)材料復(fù)合使用時(shí),其堵漏效果明顯增強(qiáng),并最終優(yōu)選出適用于松科2井的隨鉆堵漏劑配方:5%顆粒性材料+2%片狀材料+2%纖維狀材料,其中,顆粒性材料可選用碳酸鈣顆粒、焦炭粒和硅藻土顆粒,片狀材料可選用云母片,纖維狀材料可選用石棉纖維和玻璃纖維。
[Abstract]:The 2 well in Songliao basin is located in Xujiaweizi fault zone of Songliao basin. The design of well depth 6400m will be the first continental scientific drilling well drilling through Cretaceous continental strata in the world. It lays a scientific foundation for the study of climate and environment changes between 65 million and 140 million years ago. It is also more difficult. Once the drilling is lost, it will not only cause the huge loss of drilling fluid, but also threaten the normal drilling. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the drilling, it is necessary to pay attention to the leakage prevention and leakage at all times. According to the geothermal gradient, the underground temperature of well 2 well in the well is up to 200 degrees C, and the commonly used drilled plugging material can meet the high temperature environment. The demand is less, and the current high temperature drilling plugging materials are mainly concentrated in the research and development of new materials, and the evaluation of the high temperature resistance of common materials is less. This paper relies on the songke 2 well project to screen the suitable drilling plugging material for the need of leakage prevention and leakage in high temperature drilling. The analysis and research are carried out, and the characteristics of formation fracture and pore development are evaluated, and the influence factors of leakage are analyzed, which provides a reference for leakage prevention and leakage in drilling. 20 commonly used kinds of materials are screened out in the leak stoppage. Through indoor thermal rolling experiment, the high temperature resistance of the material is evaluated, and 9 kinds of plugging in high temperature well above 200 degrees C are screened. At the same time, combined with the technical requirements of drilling plugging in the 2 well of Pinus, 6 kinds of leaky materials were screened, and the compatibility test was carried out with the anti high temperature drilling fluid system of well 2. Finally, the leak blocking effect and the compound plugging effect of the filtered material were tested through the indoor leakage test. The main research contents and research results of this paper are as follows: (1) according to the characteristics of the stratigraphic sequence and the existing drilling data in Songliao Basin, the characteristics of lithology and fracture development of the target layer of well 2 in songke well are analyzed, and the influence of various factors on drilling leakage of well 2 in songke 2 is studied, which provides a reference for drilling and leakage prevention and leakage prevention. (2) 20 kinds of materials such as walnut shell and mica piece were selected in the material. Through indoor thermal rolling experiment, the temperature resistance of the material was evaluated, and 9 kinds of plugging materials which could resist 200 degrees of high temperature were selected. (3) the mechanism of drilling plugging was analyzed, and 6 kinds were further optimized according to the technical requirements of the drilling stoppage. The 6 materials are compatible with the high temperature drilling fluid system used on the site of well 2 in Pinako. The results show that the granular material, such as Calcium Carbonate Granules, has no effect on the rheology of the drilling fluid when the amount of Calcium Carbonate Granules is added up to 5% or below. The rheological properties of drilling fluid will have a certain effect on the drilling fluid, and the two kinds of materials have little effect on the filtration property of drilling fluid. (4) the sealing performance of three kinds of single agents, such as granular, fibrous and flaky materials, was evaluated by DL-2 plugging experiment device, and the blocking effect of three kinds of materials was tested. The results showed: Granular plugging material has a certain blocking effect on the simulated leakage layer, and the optimum addition amount is about 5%. Fiber like leakage material has no blocking effect on simulated leakage when used as a single agent. It needs to be used with other materials. The sealing effect is not good when used as a single agent. In combination with other materials, the plugging effect of the three types of materials is obviously enhanced, and the formula for plugging plugging is optimized for the 2 well of Pinako: 5% granular material +2% sheet material +2% fiber material, in which the granular materials can be selected as Calcium Carbonate Granules, coke and diatomite particles, and the sheet material can be used in the cloud. The parent material and fibrous material can be made of asbestos fiber and glass fiber.
