微細(xì)浸染金礦堿性熱壓預(yù)處理-硫代硫酸鈉浸金

【摘要】:采用堿性熱壓預(yù)處理-硫代硫酸鹽浸出含碳質(zhì)微細(xì)粒浸染型極難選原生金礦,分別進(jìn)行了原礦浸金、熱壓預(yù)處理以及氧化產(chǎn)物浸金試驗,考查了各因素對預(yù)處理脫碳、脫硫以及浸金效果的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,在磨礦細(xì)度-0.025 mm粒級占82%,預(yù)處理溫度160℃、預(yù)處理時間2 h、助氧劑TW用量300 g/t、氧壓1.6 MPa、p H=12的堿性熱壓氧化條件下以及硫代硫酸鈉用量0.12 mol/L、硫酸銨用量0.075 mol/L、硫酸銅用量0.02 mol/L、p H=9、浸出時間4 h、礦漿液固比3∶1的浸出條件下,獲得了金浸出率88.76%。通過對預(yù)處理反應(yīng)熱力學(xué)計算,以及繪制160℃下Fe-S-H2O體系Eh-p H圖,對堿性熱壓氧化預(yù)處理過程的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了初步研究,研究結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果一致。
[Abstract]:The primary gold ore was extracted by alkaline hot pressing pretreatment and thiosulfate leaching. The primary gold ore was leached with carbonaceous fine particles.
