晶體結(jié)構(gòu)和表面性質(zhì)對石英浮選行為影響研究

【摘要】:采用陽離子捕收劑HAY和脂肪酸類捕收劑GJBW對采自貴州織金硅鈣質(zhì)磷礦床的石英試樣進行可浮性試驗。結(jié)果表明,HAY比GJBW更易吸附于石英表面,2個試樣可浮性存在差異。采用X射線衍射、掃描電鏡及X射線能譜、Zeta-電位對石英晶體結(jié)構(gòu)及表面特性進行分析。X射線衍射分析結(jié)果表明,2份試樣物相組成單一,純度高,結(jié)晶粒度較大。晶胞參數(shù)分析計算結(jié)果與理論值接近,偏大,晶胞參數(shù)偏差是影響石英可浮性的主要因素。掃描電鏡及能譜分析表明:石英表面存在凹坑和明顯棱角,晶體表面存在微量的Al、Mg和K等元素對石英進行活化,其相對密度越大,石英可浮性越好。Zeta-電位分析結(jié)果表明,石英零電點較低,石英表面金屬離子使石英Zeta電位負移,石英表面電負性強,在弱酸條件下使用陽離子捕收劑HAY對其浮選效果較好。推測石英表面雜質(zhì)元素可能是以類質(zhì)同象進入石英晶體結(jié)構(gòu),對石英表面特性及可浮性影響較大。
[Abstract]:The floatability test of quartz samples collected from Guizhou Zhijin siliceous calcium phosphate deposit by cationic collector HAY and fatty acid collector GJBW was carried out. The results showed that HAY was more easily adsorbed on quartz surface than GJBW, and the floatability of the 2 samples was different. X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and X ray energy spectrum, Zeta- potential were used for quartz crystal structure and the crystal structure of quartz. The analysis of surface properties by.X ray diffraction shows that the phase composition of the 2 samples is single, the purity is high and the grain size is larger. The results of the cell parameter analysis are close to the theoretical value, and the deviation of the cell parameters is the main factor affecting the floatability of quartz. The scanning electron microscope and the energy spectrum analysis show that the surface of quartz has pits and obvious prism. There are some trace elements such as Al, Mg and K on the surface of the crystal. The higher the relative density of the quartz, the better the floatability of quartz is, the better the.Zeta- potential analysis results show that the zero electric point of quartz is lower. The quartz surface metal ions make the quartz Zeta potential shift, the quartz surface is electronegative, and the cationic collector HAY is used to flotation under the weak acid condition. It is concluded that the impurity elements on quartz surface may enter quartz crystal structure with isomorphism, which has great influence on the surface characteristics and floatability of quartz.
