綜采工作面支架回撤工藝研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)回撤工藝和新型回撤工藝的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)幾種回撤工藝比較分析,并采用數(shù)值模擬方法對(duì)回撤空間在回撤時(shí)的巷道變形進(jìn)行分析,確定采用預(yù)掘輔回撤通道、采煤機(jī)自開(kāi)主回撤空間、單翼回撤工作面液壓支架的回撤工藝;通過(guò)多年的摸索實(shí)踐,創(chuàng)新加工了E型梁,形成了由"E型梁+普通支架+支架原有液壓系統(tǒng)"組成的雙通道單翼回撤技術(shù),并在大寧煤礦試驗(yàn)成功。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of the traditional and new retreating processes in China, through the comparative analysis of several kinds of retreating processes in China, and the numerical simulation method, the roadway deformation of the retreating space is analyzed, and the pre-excavation auxiliary evacuation passage is determined. Self-opening of the main retreat space of the shearer, single wing retreating face hydraulic support retreating technology, through many years of exploration practice, innovative processing of E beam, The double channel single wing retreating technology composed of "the original hydraulic system of E beam support" was formed and successfully tested in Daning Coal Mine.
