千米深井厚煤層開采的沖擊地壓危險性評價及卸壓技術研究

【摘要】:針對千米采深厚煤層的107工作面所面臨的沖擊地壓問題,本文依據(jù)滕東煤礦的地質構造及生產(chǎn)實際情況,在利用多因素分析法、數(shù)值模擬方法、比較分析法及微地震監(jiān)測技術等研究方法的基礎上,對有沖擊地壓危險性工作面進行前期的危險性評價和后期的防治技術研究,構建出一套適應于深井厚煤層的綜合防治沖擊地壓技術。首先,分別采用綜合指數(shù)法和可能性指數(shù)評價法評價其工作面發(fā)生沖擊地壓危險性的可能性,再利用多因素耦合的評價方法,分別對存在于107工作面的各個沖擊地壓影響因素的影響性進行分析,并劃分出工作面相應的危險區(qū)域的范圍及其危險程度的大小。其次,利用FLAC3D的數(shù)值模擬的方法建立107工作面的數(shù)值模型,研究其巷道布置前后和回采過程中應力的分布范圍和集中情況,旨在分析工作面回采過程中采動影響而導致的上部巖層變化情況,并研究其應力集中區(qū)域和數(shù)值大小的變化規(guī)律,為后期采取相應的防治措施提供參考。再次,采用比較分析的方法,依據(jù)工作面地質條件、回采技術和礦井實際情況,選擇采用大直徑鉆孔卸壓的防治沖擊地壓方法,并建立相應的數(shù)值模型,優(yōu)化出適合107工作面使用的鉆孔直徑、排間距和布置方式等技術參數(shù),進行合理化的布置,并采用鉆屑法驗證卸壓措施實施后的效果。最后,在回采過程中采用微震監(jiān)測的方法對“微震事件”進行監(jiān)測,并依據(jù)事件發(fā)生的范圍、數(shù)量及其能量,對107工作面可能發(fā)生的危險做到預警,并同時對前期的危險性評價結果進行驗證。
[Abstract]:According to the geological structure and actual production situation of Tendong Coal Mine, this paper makes use of multi-factor analysis method and numerical simulation method in view of the impact ground pressure problem faced by 107 working face in deep coal seam in kilometer mining, according to the geological structure and actual production situation of Tendong Coal Mine. On the basis of comparative analysis method and micro-seismic monitoring technology, the pre-risk evaluation and prevention technology of percussive face with rock burst are studied. A set of integrated rock burst prevention and control technology suitable for deep well thick coal seam was constructed. Firstly, comprehensive index method and possibility index method are used to evaluate the possibility of rock burst hazard in working face, and then multi-factor coupling evaluation method is used. The influencing factors of impact ground pressure in 107 working face are analyzed, and the range of the corresponding dangerous area and the magnitude of the dangerous degree of the working face are divided. Secondly, the numerical model of 107-face is established by using FLAC3D's numerical simulation method, and the distribution and concentration of stress before and after the roadway layout and in the mining process are studied. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the change of the upper strata caused by the influence of mining movement in the mining process of the working face, and to study the variation law of the stress concentration area and the numerical value, and to provide a reference for taking the corresponding prevention measures in the later stage. Thirdly, adopting the method of comparative analysis, according to the geological condition of working face, mining technology and the actual situation of mine, the method of preventing and controlling the impact ground pressure is selected and the corresponding numerical model is established. The technical parameters of drilling hole diameter, row spacing and layout mode suitable for 107 working face were optimized, and reasonable arrangement was carried out, and the effect of pressure relief measures was verified by drilling cuttings method. Finally, the microseismic monitoring method is used to monitor the "microseismic events" in the process of mining, and according to the range, quantity and energy of the events, the danger that may occur in the 107 working face can be forewarned. At the same time, the risk assessment results are verified.
