基于ADAMS-EDEM耦合的振動(dòng)慢剪擠壓破碎機(jī)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:振動(dòng)慢剪擠壓破碎機(jī)是一種超細(xì)破碎設(shè)備,礦石進(jìn)入破碎腔內(nèi),由鑲嵌襯板內(nèi)錐的正弦振動(dòng)和外錐轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)組成剪切、擠壓復(fù)合破碎。簡化破碎機(jī)系統(tǒng),著重考慮內(nèi)錐的運(yùn)動(dòng),利用Lagrange方程建立系統(tǒng)6自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)學(xué)模型。基于該運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)學(xué)模型在動(dòng)力學(xué)軟件ADAMS中建立破碎機(jī)參數(shù)化模型,利用ADAMS/vibration與離散元軟件EDEM耦合進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。研究了破碎機(jī)系統(tǒng)模態(tài)特性和外加激振頻率對(duì)破碎機(jī)破碎力及破碎效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,破碎機(jī)系統(tǒng)模態(tài)為8階時(shí),模態(tài)振型對(duì)破碎過程最有利;當(dāng)外加激振頻率為75Hz時(shí),振動(dòng)慢剪擠壓破碎機(jī)的破碎力獲得極大提高,礦石破碎速率提升,礦石粒度更細(xì)。
[Abstract]:The vibratory slow shear extruding crusher is a kind of ultra-fine crushing equipment. The ore enters the crushing chamber and consists of the sinusoidal vibration of the inner cone of the inlaid lining plate and the rotation of the outer cone. The system of crusher is simplified and the motion of the inner cone is considered emphatically. The mathematical model of the motion of the system with 6 degrees of freedom is established by using the Lagrange equation. Based on the kinematic mathematical model, the parametric model of crusher is established in the dynamic software ADAMS, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using the coupling of ADAMS/vibration and discrete element software EDEM. The effects of the modal characteristics of the crusher system and the external vibration frequency on the crushing force and the crushing effect of the crusher are studied. The results show that when the mode of the crusher system is 8 order, the modal mode is the most favorable for the crushing process, and when the external exciting frequency is 75Hz, the crushing force of the vibratory slow shear extrusion crusher is greatly improved, the crushing rate of ore is increased, and the ore particle size is finer.
