箱型截面鋼井架天輪平臺(tái)梁數(shù)值計(jì)算方法研究

【摘要】:天輪平臺(tái)梁是煤礦鋼結(jié)構(gòu)井架的關(guān)鍵受力構(gòu)件。目前對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)井架天輪平臺(tái)梁進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算時(shí),均假定為梁?jiǎn)卧。近年來煤礦采用箱型截面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)井架日益增多,此種截面的井架天輪平臺(tái)梁高跨比很小,受力性能與一般梁有較大差異,將其假定為梁?jiǎn)卧M(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算不精確。所以在箱型截面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)井架的研究中,準(zhǔn)確地總結(jié)出天輪平臺(tái)梁結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分布規(guī)律,并找到一種可靠的數(shù)值計(jì)算方法是一項(xiàng)非常重要的工作。本文以某煤礦箱型截面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)井架天輪平臺(tái)梁為研究對(duì)象,首先通過箱型截面天輪平臺(tái)梁室內(nèi)相似模型試驗(yàn),研究了天輪平臺(tái)梁結(jié)構(gòu)在荷載作用下的受力分布規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:箱型截面天輪平臺(tái)梁不符合普通梁結(jié)構(gòu)整體受力較為均勻、梁底跨中內(nèi)力最大等規(guī)律,將其假定為梁?jiǎn)卧M(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算的方法不夠準(zhǔn)確;在正常提升及斷繩荷載作用下,箱型截面天輪平臺(tái)梁的應(yīng)力值均低于Q235鋼的屈服強(qiáng)度,滿足承載力要求。然后,通過有限元軟件ANSYS中的殼單元對(duì)箱型截面天輪平臺(tái)梁進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,與上述室內(nèi)相似模型試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。研究表明:室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)測(cè)得數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果基本吻合,誤差在5%左右,考慮到物理模擬誤差以及數(shù)值計(jì)算參數(shù)取值的偏差,認(rèn)為室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算可以互相驗(yàn)證,證明采用殼單元對(duì)箱型截面天輪平臺(tái)梁進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬是一種可靠地?cái)?shù)值計(jì)算方法。最后,以某礦區(qū)現(xiàn)役箱型截面鋼井架為工程背景,采用儀器對(duì)該井架天輪平臺(tái)梁進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)跟數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果基本吻合,認(rèn)為兩者可以互相驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)一步證明本文采用的天輪平臺(tái)梁數(shù)值計(jì)算方法是可靠的。
[Abstract]:Sky wheel platform beam is the key force member of coal mine steel structure Derrick. At present, the steel Derrick platform beam is assumed to be a beam element. In recent years, the use of box section steel structure Derrick in coal mine is increasing day by day. The ratio of height to span of this section is very small, and the mechanical performance is quite different from that of general beam, so it is assumed that the numerical calculation of beam element is not accurate. Therefore, in the research of box section steel structure Derrick, it is very important to accurately sum up the stress distribution law of the platform beam structure, and find a reliable numerical calculation method. In this paper, the steel Derrick Derrick platform beam with box section in a coal mine is taken as the research object. Firstly, through the indoor similarity model test of the box section sky wheel platform beam, the stress distribution law of the box section steel Derrick platform beam structure under the action of load is studied. The test results show that the box section sky-wheel platform beam does not accord with the law of uniform force and maximum internal force in the bottom span of the beam, so the numerical calculation method is not accurate enough to assume the beam element as the beam element. Under the action of normal hoisting and rope breaking, the stress values of the box section sky wheel platform beam are lower than the yield strength of Q235 steel, which meets the bearing capacity requirements. Then, the shell element of the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the box section sky wheel platform beam, and the results are compared with the results of the indoor similar model test. The results show that the measured data are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the error is about 5%. Considering the deviation of the physical simulation error and the value of the numerical calculation parameters, it is considered that the indoor test and the numerical simulation calculation can verify each other. It is proved that the shell element is a reliable numerical method to simulate the box section sky wheel platform beam. Finally, based on the in-service box section steel Derrick of a mining area, the field test of the platform beam of the Derrick is carried out by means of the instrument. The measured data are in good agreement with the numerical calculation results, and it is considered that the two can be verified each other. It is further proved that the numerical method used in this paper is reliable.
