編織防扭鋼絲繩繩股展開線研究及力學(xué)建模

【摘要】:鑒于編織防扭鋼絲繩在電網(wǎng)建設(shè)工程中應(yīng)用的普遍性以及目前國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究較少的現(xiàn)狀,在橢圓假設(shè)、編織防扭鋼絲繩成形研究基礎(chǔ)上,借助橢圓的四心圓法,研究編織防扭鋼絲繩股空間展開線的形狀,獲得了繩長與編織角及對應(yīng)橢圓弧長之間的關(guān)系式;考慮鋼絲繩的物理特性參數(shù),并分析鋼絲繩受載變形情況,推導(dǎo)出對應(yīng)任意弧段繩股沿股軸向拉力及沿繩軸向力的表達式,進而建立了編織鋼絲繩軸向拉力作用下的力學(xué)模型,并以四方八股編織防扭鋼絲繩為例,推導(dǎo)出在任意橫截面內(nèi),鋼絲繩所承受的拉力和拉應(yīng)力的關(guān)系式。最后通過數(shù)值模擬得出,與橢圓曲率大的弧段相對應(yīng)的繩股局部所受的等效應(yīng)力較大,為進一步對編織防扭鋼絲繩進行力學(xué)分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In view of the universality of the application of braided twisting wire rope in the power grid construction project and the present situation of less research by domestic and foreign scholars, on the basis of the elliptical hypothesis and the research on the forming of the braided twisting wire rope, the four-center circle method of the ellipse is used. In this paper, the shape of space expansion line of braided torsion resistant steel wire rope is studied, the relationship between rope length, braiding angle and corresponding elliptical arc length is obtained, the physical characteristic parameters of wire rope are considered, and the deformation of wire rope under load is analyzed. The expressions of the axial tensile force along the strands and the axial forces along the rope are derived, and the mechanical model under the axial tension of the braided wire rope is established, and taking the square eight-strands braided anti-torsion wire rope as an example, the mechanical model is established under the action of the axial tensile force of the braided wire rope. The relationship between tensile force and tensile stress of wire rope under arbitrary cross section is derived. By numerical simulation, it is concluded that the equivalent stress of the wire strands corresponding to the arc segment with large elliptic curvature is large, which lays a theoretical foundation for further mechanical analysis of the braided torsion resistant wire ropes.
