【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,遠(yuǎn)程狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)結(jié)合已經(jīng)成為必然趨勢(shì);選煤廠的發(fā)展正在逐步走向自動(dòng)化、信息化和智能化,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行有著重要的意義。選煤廠通過使用最新的計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)如物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和云服務(wù)技術(shù)等來加速企業(yè)信息化的建設(shè),F(xiàn)階段很多選煤廠企業(yè)通過引入自動(dòng)化技術(shù)來提高企業(yè)工作效率,但并未就機(jī)電設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)的建設(shè)提出更加高效的解決方案。本文借助云服務(wù)技術(shù)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)將選煤廠機(jī)電設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)融入選煤廠管理服務(wù)體系,從而提高選煤廠信息化、智能化。可見本文研究的選煤機(jī)電設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)庫構(gòu)建具有較強(qiáng)的工程應(yīng)用意義。本文結(jié)合選煤廠的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)需求分析和監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)包括服務(wù)器框架設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)、云服務(wù)部署和手機(jī)客戶端原型設(shè)計(jì)。在數(shù)據(jù)采集方面,使用智能手持巡檢設(shè)備對(duì)機(jī)電設(shè)備的狀態(tài)信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集;在智能手持設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方面使用比較流行的WIFI和3G傳輸,保證數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性和數(shù)據(jù)庫建設(shè)的順利完成。并使用Spring+Struts+Hibernite框架結(jié)合MVC和AOP架構(gòu)進(jìn)行服務(wù)器端設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā),選用MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫來存放實(shí)時(shí)采集的數(shù)據(jù)和其它人工輸入的數(shù)據(jù),選用JSP技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)頁面的顯示,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)設(shè)備狀態(tài)的監(jiān)測(cè)、設(shè)備信息的管理、人員角色的管理等功能。為實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè),通過使用阿里云的ECS云服務(wù)進(jìn)行部署,完成云端服務(wù)器的部署實(shí)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)。并進(jìn)行Android移動(dòng)端的原型設(shè)計(jì),為Android客戶端的開發(fā)打下基礎(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)完成后對(duì)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行功能性測(cè)試,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。整個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)平臺(tái)具有模塊化設(shè)計(jì)、易擴(kuò)展等特性,方便了系統(tǒng)的二次開發(fā),并可根據(jù)以后的需求進(jìn)行模塊化添加,保證了平臺(tái)的移植性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the combination of remote state monitoring and Internet technology has become an inevitable trend. The condition monitoring of production site equipment is of great significance to the smooth progress of production. Coal preparation plant uses the latest computer technology such as Internet of things technology, big data technology and cloud service technology to accelerate the construction of enterprise information. At present, many coal preparation plants introduce automation technology to improve their working efficiency, but they have not put forward a more efficient solution to the construction of remote condition monitoring of electromechanical equipment. With the help of cloud service technology and mobile Internet technology, the remote condition monitoring platform of mechanical and electrical equipment of coal preparation plant is integrated into the management service system of coal preparation plant, so as to improve the informatization and intelligence of coal preparation plant. It can be seen that the remote state monitoring and database construction of electromechanical equipment for coal preparation studied in this paper have strong engineering application significance. Based on the actual situation of coal preparation plant, the system requirement analysis and monitoring platform are designed in detail. The whole design includes server frame design, database design, cloud service deployment and mobile phone client prototype design. In the aspect of data acquisition, the state information of electromechanical equipment is collected by using intelligent hand-held patrol equipment, and the more popular WIFI and 3G transmission are used in the data transmission of intelligent handheld devices. Ensure the real-time data and the smooth completion of database construction. Using Spring Struts Hibernite framework combined with MVC and AOP architecture to design and develop the server, MySQL database is used to store the real-time collected data and other manual input data, and JSP technology is used to realize the display of system pages. The functions of monitoring the state of the equipment, managing the information of the equipment and managing the role of the personnel are realized. In order to realize remote monitoring, the deployment of cloud server is accomplished by using ECS cloud service of Ali cloud. The prototype design of Android mobile terminal is carried out, which lays the foundation for the development of Android client. After the development of the system, the functional test of the platform is carried out, and the test results are analyzed. The whole remote monitoring platform has the characteristics of modularization design, easy expansion and so on, which facilitates the secondary development of the system, and can be added modularly according to the requirements in the future, thus ensuring the portability of the platform.
