不同含水率及黏土含量下松軟煤體力學特征試驗研究

【摘要】:運用自行研制的型煤制樣設備,借助RMT 150B巖石力學試驗系統(tǒng)對不同含水率及黏土含量下松軟煤體的力學特征開展試驗研究。結果表明:(1)在試驗含水率(1.59%~6.50%)范圍內(nèi),相同黏土含量下的松軟煤體均存在一個臨界含水率,在該含水率水平時,煤體的抗壓強度最高、彈性模量最大;(2)黏土含量由4.00%增加到19.36%過程中,各含水率下的松軟煤體抗壓強度和彈性模量均呈先增后減的變化趨勢,極高點黏土含量皆在11.68%左右;(3)其他條件相同時,隨含水率的增大、黏土含量的增多,松軟煤體脆性降低而延性增加,泊松比逐漸增大;(4)松軟煤體顆粒間液橋力隨含水率的變化是煤體宏觀力學行為演化的主要原因,適量的黏土顆粒能夠作為膠結物進一步強化煤體。研究成果對松軟煤層的安全高效開采具有重要的理論意義和工程應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the help of RMT 150B rock mechanics test system, the mechanical characteristics of soft coal under different moisture content and clay content were studied by using the self-developed briquette sample preparation equipment. The results show that there exists a critical moisture content in soft coal with the same clay content in the range of water content of 1.59 and 6.50), and the compressive strength of the coal is the highest at this water content level. When the content of clay increased from 4.00% to 19.36%, the compressive strength and elastic modulus of soft coal increased first and then decreased, and the clay content at the extreme high point was 11.68% or so. With the increase of water content and clay content, the brittleness of soft coal decreases and the ductility increases. Poisson's ratio increases gradually) the variation of liquid bridge force between particles of soft coal with water content is the main reason for the evolution of macroscopic mechanical behavior of coal. Proper amount of clay particles can be used as cement to further strengthen coal body. The research results have important theoretical significance and engineering application value for safe and efficient mining of soft coal seam.
