【摘要】：本文研究了在渣堿度為2.4時(shí),不同預(yù)處理溫度、時(shí)間對(duì)磷礦熔態(tài)還原反應(yīng)的影響,結(jié)果表明在預(yù)處理溫度為800℃、時(shí)間為20min、熔態(tài)還原溫度為1300℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間為1h時(shí)的還原率為94%。對(duì)預(yù)處理后的磷礦進(jìn)行了熱重分析,從磷礦還原反應(yīng)機(jī)理出發(fā)說明預(yù)處理過程有利于加快磷礦石的還原反應(yīng),使磷礦石在熔態(tài)環(huán)境能夠快速分散,增加反應(yīng)物的活性,進(jìn)而提高磷礦在還原反應(yīng)過程中的還原率。
