刮板輸送機性能檢測虛擬儀器的研發(fā)

【摘要】:刮板輸送機作為采煤工作面必不可少的設(shè)備之一,安全可靠的運行是至關(guān)重要的。本文以國家和煤炭行業(yè)關(guān)于刮板輸送機出廠檢測檢驗規(guī)范為依據(jù),研究開發(fā)了刮板輸送機性能檢測虛擬儀器,并對該檢測儀進行了誤差分析和性能評價。本儀器的研發(fā)將對準確檢測和評價刮板輸送機性能,保障煤礦安全高效生產(chǎn)發(fā)揮重要的作用。本文主要研究內(nèi)容:(1)通過對刮板輸送機整機主要性能參數(shù)以及測量原理的研究與分析,確定了功率、刮板鏈鏈速、噪聲、圓環(huán)鏈靜拉伸長度等主要參數(shù)的測試方法。選擇確定了刮板輸送機檢測所需的傳感器,并結(jié)合實際情況確定了其測試方法。選用了NI公司的USB6221作為數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備,并設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的信號調(diào)理電路,構(gòu)建了基于USB總線的便攜式虛擬儀器硬件平臺。針對圓環(huán)鏈靜態(tài)特性試驗,設(shè)計開發(fā)了以單片機為核心的自動檢測裝置,該裝置可工作在獨立和上、下位機協(xié)同等不同的工作方式下。(2)以LabVIEW為軟件開發(fā)平臺,設(shè)計開發(fā)了刮板輸送機整機性能檢測軟件,實現(xiàn)了機頭和機尾電機功率、刮板鏈鏈速、運行噪聲等參數(shù)的測試,測試數(shù)據(jù)處理、存儲、管理及報表生成等功能。針對圓環(huán)鏈靜態(tài)性能檢測,編寫了與下位機的通信,測量數(shù)據(jù)計算分析、存儲顯示等程序。采用C語言編寫了圓環(huán)鏈性能檢測、與上位機通信等程序。(3)對虛擬儀器誤差的種類、產(chǎn)生原因、修正方法等進行了研究分析,并對檢測儀的硬件及軟件誤差進行了修正。對所設(shè)計的刮板輸送機性能檢測虛擬儀器進行了靜態(tài)特性分析和功能實驗驗證。結(jié)果表明,本文所研究開發(fā)的刮板輸送機性能檢測虛擬儀器,滿足刮板機性能檢測的功能要求,與傳統(tǒng)檢測手段相比,自動化程度、檢測效率、精度更高。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is one of the necessary equipments in coal mining face, and it is very important to run safely and reliably. Based on the inspection standard of scraper conveyer in China and coal industry, the virtual instrument of scraper conveyor performance testing is developed, and the error analysis and performance evaluation are carried out. The research and development of this instrument will play an important role in accurately detecting and evaluating the performance of scraper conveyer and ensuring the safe and efficient production of coal mine. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) by studying and analyzing the main performance parameters and measuring principle of scraper conveyor, the main parameters such as power, chain speed of scraper, noise, static stretch length of circular chain and so on are determined. The sensor needed for scraper conveyor detection is selected and the testing method is determined in combination with the actual situation. The USB6221 of NI Company is selected as the data acquisition equipment and the corresponding signal conditioning circuit is designed. The portable virtual instrument hardware platform based on USB bus is constructed. Aiming at the static characteristic test of circular chain, an automatic detecting device with single chip microcomputer as its core is designed and developed. The device can work independently and on top, and under different working modes, such as the cooperation of lower computer and so on. (2) LabVIEW is used as the software development platform. The testing software of the whole machine performance of scraper conveyor is designed and developed. The functions such as the power of the head and tail motor, the chain speed of the scraper, the running noise, the data processing, the storage, the management and the report generation are realized. The communication with the lower computer, the calculation and analysis of the measurement data, the storage and display programs are written for the static performance detection of the circular chain. This paper uses C language to compile the loop chain performance test, and communicates with the host computer, etc., studies and analyzes the types, causes and correction methods of the virtual instrument error, and corrects the hardware and software error of the tester. The static characteristic analysis and function experiment of the virtual instrument for measuring the performance of scraper conveyor are carried out. The results show that the virtual instrument of scraper conveyor performance detection developed in this paper can meet the functional requirements of scraper performance testing. Compared with traditional testing methods, the degree of automation, detection efficiency and precision are higher.
