中深孔爆破合理微差時(shí)間對(duì)塊度分析的研究

【摘要】:在城市建設(shè)中,爆破已成為無(wú)法替代的重要工程技術(shù),且隨著深入精細(xì)化控制爆破的概念,對(duì)爆破效果、成本控制要求越來(lái)越高,特別是塊度大小控制直接影響著給砂石廠供料的施工質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度。巖石塊度由多種因素綜合影響,多年來(lái)已有大量國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者探究。合理微差時(shí)間是決定巖石塊度的一個(gè)重要因素。大量的學(xué)者及爆破工作者對(duì)微差時(shí)間給予大量研究投入,但至今仍沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)嚴(yán)密的讓廣大學(xué)者公認(rèn)的合理微差時(shí)間定論且無(wú)便于工程實(shí)例計(jì)算的適用理論公式。再加上,以前爆破器材不夠先進(jìn),對(duì)延時(shí)的精準(zhǔn)度均不如現(xiàn)在新產(chǎn)品數(shù)碼雷管對(duì)延時(shí)的控制。利用數(shù)碼雷管為載體探討合理微差時(shí)間與塊度的關(guān)系,達(dá)到精細(xì)化控制爆破的目的指日可待。論文以合理微差時(shí)間的選擇原理與原則、數(shù)碼雷管高精確度性能及使用方法、Split-Desktop3.0軟件對(duì)塊度大小測(cè)量的可靠性為理論基礎(chǔ),再在貴州省畢節(jié)市賽德水泥廠石灰?guī)r礦山爆破工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),探討排間合理微差時(shí)間與孔間合理微差時(shí)間這兩種合理微差時(shí)間對(duì)爆破塊度之間的影響。運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn)方法,探討排間合理微差時(shí)間與孔間合理微差時(shí)間兩個(gè)因素在無(wú)微差、合理微差、微差過(guò)大三個(gè)水平下,哪個(gè)因素作用影響因子更大。最后論文大膽地提出大塊率最佳的間隔時(shí)間原則的理論研究設(shè)想。本文利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)得出貴州省畢節(jié)市賽德水泥廠石灰?guī)r礦山爆破工程項(xiàng)目的合理微差時(shí)間和塊度之間關(guān)系,并提出大塊率最佳的間隔時(shí)間原則的設(shè)想,為相關(guān)微差時(shí)間和塊度提高參考。
[Abstract]:In urban construction, blasting has become an irreplaceable important engineering technology, and with the further refinement of the concept of controlled blasting, the requirements of blasting effect and cost control are becoming higher and higher. In particular, block size control directly affects the construction quality and progress of the material supply to the sand and gravel plant. Rock fragmentation is influenced by many factors and has been explored by many scholars at home and abroad for many years. Reasonable millisecond time is an important factor in determining rock fragmentation. A large number of scholars and blasting workers have invested a lot in the study of differential time, but up to now, there is still not a strict theoretical formula for the reasonable differential time which is accepted by many scholars and is convenient for the calculation of engineering examples. In addition, the former blasting equipment is not advanced enough, delay accuracy is not as new products digital detonator delay control. Using digital detonator as the carrier, the relationship between the reasonable millisecond time and the degree of fragmentation is discussed, and the aim of fine controlled blasting is just around the corner. The paper is based on the principle and principle of selecting reasonable differential time, the high precision performance of digital detonator and the reliability of Split-Desktop 3.0 software for block size measurement. Field test was carried out in the blasting project of Sade cement Plant in Bijie City, Guizhou Province. The influence of reasonable millisecond time between row and hole on blasting fragmentation was discussed. In this paper, the orthogonal test method is used to study which factors are more important in three levels: no slight difference, reasonable slight difference, and slight difference in three levels: reasonable slight difference time between rows and reasonable slight difference time between holes. Finally, the paper boldly puts forward the theoretical research idea of the best interval time principle of bulk rate. In this paper, the relationship between the reasonable millisecond time and the block size of the blasting project in the limestone mine of Sade cement Plant, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, is obtained by field test, and the assumption of the principle of interval time for the best boulder rate is put forward. It can be used as a reference for correlation difference time and block size.
