煤矸石充填重構(gòu)土壤剖面溫度變化對覆土厚度的響應(yīng)

【摘要】:為探究不同覆土厚度煤矸石充填重構(gòu)土壤剖面溫度變化及其對表層土壤微生物量碳(MBC)含量和土壤呼吸的影響,根據(jù)覆土厚度將研究區(qū)分為A(15~40 cm),B(40~60 cm),C(60~80 cm)和D(80~100 cm)4類監(jiān)測區(qū),分別測定重構(gòu)土壤0~120 cm土壤層溫度和表層土壤呼吸速率,并采集表層土壤測定其MBC的含量。結(jié)果表明:監(jiān)測區(qū)表層土壤(5 cm)日最高溫度和溫度變幅均呈ABDC,監(jiān)測區(qū)A和B年均溫度要比C和D高出1℃左右。矸石層的存在會影響表層0~20 cm土壤溫度的日變幅,并且隨著覆土厚度的增加,表層土壤溫度日變幅逐漸減小。當(dāng)覆土厚度大于80 cm時,土壤層的溫度變化幾乎不受矸石層的影響。隨著太陽輻射的增加,矸石層對土壤層溫度的影響也會增強(qiáng),并且隨著覆土厚度的增加,矸石層對土壤層溫度的影響會逐漸削弱。Tc值(矸石層對表層土壤的溫度影響系數(shù))能夠準(zhǔn)確地定量分析矸石層對土壤層溫度的影響并估算重構(gòu)土壤的覆土厚度。重構(gòu)土壤表層土壤MBC含量與溫度無顯著相關(guān)性,覆土厚度過薄或過厚均不利于MBC的累積,當(dāng)覆土厚度在60~80 cm時最有利于表層土壤MBC的累積,其年均MBC含量為83.46 mg/kg。重構(gòu)土壤呼吸速率與土壤溫度呈顯著正相關(guān),但不同覆土厚度重構(gòu)土壤呼吸速率的差異主要是由矸石層引起,并且矸石層對重構(gòu)土壤的影響隨著覆土厚度的增加逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the temperature change of the reconstructed soil profile with different thickness of coal gangue and its effect on the content of microbial biomass MBCs and soil respiration in the surface soil, the study was divided into two monitoring areas, namely, AH1540cm ~ (40) ~ (60) cm ~ (-1) (C ~ (6080) ~ (80) cm) and D _ (80) ~ (100) cm)4 monitoring area, according to the thickness of the covered soil. The soil temperature and the respiration rate of the surface soil were measured, and the MBC content of the surface soil was measured. The results showed that the maximum daily temperature and temperature variation of surface soil in the monitoring area were both ABDC.The average annual temperature of A and B in the monitoring area was about 1 鈩,
