巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)有限體積法模擬計(jì)算及實(shí)驗(yàn)分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)的散熱特點(diǎn),基于能量守恒定律和傅里葉定律,建立巷道圍巖非穩(wěn)態(tài)溫度場(chǎng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用有限體積計(jì)算方法編制解算程序并求解出巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)。建立巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并利用實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)有限體積計(jì)算方法的模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,對(duì)比后發(fā)現(xiàn)有限體積法計(jì)算結(jié)果同相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合,兩者得到的巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)時(shí)空曲線變化趨勢(shì)一致,由此說(shuō)明了應(yīng)用該有限體積計(jì)算方法所建立數(shù)學(xué)模型和解算程序的正確性與科學(xué)性。利用計(jì)算模擬結(jié)果和相似模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)恒定風(fēng)流溫度下巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)非穩(wěn)態(tài)變化過(guò)程中的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,得到了巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)的變化規(guī)律,并以實(shí)例分析了巷道圍巖溫度場(chǎng)的非穩(wěn)態(tài)過(guò)程并計(jì)算出圍巖散熱量。
[Abstract]:According to the heat dissipation characteristics of surrounding rock temperature field of roadway, based on energy conservation law and Fourier law, the mathematical model of unsteady temperature field of roadway surrounding rock is established, and the calculation program is compiled by using finite volume calculation method and the surrounding rock temperature field of roadway is solved. The simulation platform of temperature field of surrounding rock of roadway is established, and the simulation results of finite volume calculation method are verified by experiment results. The results of finite volume method are in good agreement with the results of similar simulation experiments. The temporal and spatial curves of surrounding rock temperature field obtained by the two methods are consistent with each other, which shows the correctness and scientificalness of the mathematical model and program established by the finite volume calculation method. The influence factors of the unsteady change of surrounding rock temperature field of roadway under constant air flow temperature are analyzed by using the simulation results of calculation and similar simulation experiment results, and the variation law of surrounding rock temperature field of roadway is obtained. An example is given to analyze the unsteady process of surrounding rock temperature field and to calculate the heat dissipation of surrounding rock.
