離子液體抑制煤自燃的程序升溫試驗研究

【摘要】:離子液體對煤分子結構活性官能團具有顯著的溶解破壞作用,能為抑制煤自燃提供有效途徑。為了考察咪唑類離子液體對內(nèi)蒙古鄂爾多斯色連礦煙煤氧化特性的影響,選取4種離子液體[BMIM][NO3]、[BMIM][I]、[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]處理煤樣,并采用程序升溫氧化法對煤樣進行實驗,研究不同溫度下離子液體對煤自燃的阻化效果。結果表明:離子液體[EMIM][BF4]、[BMIM][BF4]對煤自燃阻化效果顯著,其中[BMIM][BF4]在120~150℃的阻化效果最為明顯,可為煤自燃防治提供基礎和參考。
[Abstract]:Ionic liquids can dissolve and destroy the active functional groups of coal molecular structure and provide an effective way to suppress spontaneous combustion of coal. In order to investigate the effect of imidazole ionic liquids on oxidation characteristics of bituminous coal in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, four kinds of ionic liquids [BMIM] [NO3], [BMIM] [I], [EMIM] [BF4], [BMIM] [BF4] were selected to treat coal samples. The inhibition effect of ionic liquids on coal spontaneous combustion at different temperatures was studied. The results show that ionic liquid [EMIM] [BF4] and [BMIM] [BF4] have remarkable effect on coal spontaneous combustion resistance, and [BMIM] [BF4] has the most obvious effect at 120 鈩,
