一種基于GVF-Snake模型邊界探測的相位解纏算法

【摘要】:針對礦區(qū)沉降監(jiān)測中低相干和強噪聲下出現(xiàn)相位不連續(xù)、條紋間斷等導致的InSAR(Interferometric SAR)監(jiān)測可靠性不高等問題,提出了一種基于GVF-Snake(gradient vector flow snake)模型干涉條紋邊界探測的相位解纏方法.該算法利用GVF-Snake模型對沉降漏斗區(qū)的干涉條紋進行邊緣檢測獲取干涉條紋的邊界,對檢測邊界內(nèi)的像元按照相關準則進行解纏繞,通過改進的中值濾波方法消除孤立點.以濟寧礦區(qū)為實驗區(qū),采用日本ALOS PALSAR真實雷達數(shù)據(jù)進行礦區(qū)沉降監(jiān)測以驗證新解纏算法的有效性,利用兩組實驗數(shù)據(jù)分別采用基于GVF-Snake模型的邊界探測解纏算法與最小費用流等其它5種解纏算法進行對比實驗與分析.結果表明:所提算法在干涉條紋質(zhì)量較好的情況下與其它解纏算法高度一致,以MCF(minimum cost flow)最小費用流解纏方法作為評價標準,新方法解纏精度可以達到±0.005 8rad;在干涉條紋間斷、噪聲影響嚴重的情況下,可以實現(xiàn)InSAR礦區(qū)沉降漏斗的正確相位解纏,從而保證InSAR礦區(qū)大量級沉降監(jiān)測的可靠性及精度.
[Abstract]:A phase unwrapping method based on GVF-Snake(gradient vector flow snake) model is proposed to solve the problem that the phase discontinuities and fringe discontinuities in mining subsidence monitoring are caused by phase discontinuities and fringe discontinuities. A phase unwrapping method based on GVF-Snake(gradient vector flow snake) model is proposed. The algorithm uses the GVF-Snake model to detect the edge of the interference fringes in the settlement funnel area to obtain the edge of the interference fringes. The pixels in the detection boundaries are unwound according to the relevant criteria and the outliers are eliminated by the improved median filtering method. In order to verify the effectiveness of the new unwrapping algorithm, the ALOS PALSAR real radar data of Japan are used to monitor the subsidence of the mining area in Jining mining area. Two sets of experimental data are used to compare and analyze the boundary detection unwrapping algorithm based on GVF-Snake model and the other five unwrapping algorithms such as minimum cost flow. The results show that the proposed algorithm is highly consistent with other unwrapping algorithms when the quality of interference fringes is good. The accuracy of the new method can reach 鹵0.005 radwith the minimum cost flow unwrapping method of MCF(minimum cost flow as the evaluation standard, and when the interference fringes are interrupted, the unwrapping accuracy of the new method can reach 鹵0.005 rad. The correct phase unwrapping of the subsidence funnel in InSAR mining area can be realized when the noise is seriously affected, thus ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the monitoring of a large number of levels of settlement in the InSAR mining area.
