【摘要】：為滿足變頻帶式輸送機(jī)載煤量自動匹配調(diào)速控制的要求,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗,研發(fā)了一種基于視頻的礦井帶式輸送機(jī)自動調(diào)速控制。該系統(tǒng)使用數(shù)字?jǐn)z像儀,利用視頻圖像處理技術(shù)動態(tài)獲取帶式輸送機(jī)上的瞬時煤量;結(jié)合礦井運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),自動計(jì)算物料(煤)的運(yùn)輸長度,建立運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)模型,獲取煤流動態(tài)分布情況;在此基礎(chǔ)上,自動調(diào)整變頻器的轉(zhuǎn)速,實(shí)現(xiàn)帶式輸送機(jī)速度與運(yùn)輸煤量匹配。在中國神華神東公司哈拉溝煤礦運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,在滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的條件下,有效地將變頻帶式輸送機(jī)的平均轉(zhuǎn)速降至86%,達(dá)到了節(jié)能降耗、延長輸送帶壽命、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirement of automatic matching speed control of coal load of frequency conversion belt conveyor and realize energy saving and consumption reduction, a kind of automatic speed regulation control of mine belt conveyor based on video was developed. The system uses digital camera, uses video image processing technology to dynamically obtain the instantaneous coal quantity on belt conveyor, combines the topological structure of mine transportation system, automatically calculates the transportation length of material (coal), and establishes the transport system model. On the basis of this, the speed of frequency converter is adjusted automatically to match the speed of belt conveyor with the amount of coal transported. The results of operation in Haragou Coal Mine of Shenhua Shendong Company in China show that the system is running stably, and under the condition of actual production, the average rotational speed of the frequency conversion belt conveyor is effectively reduced to 86, the energy saving and consumption reduction is achieved, and the life of the conveyor belt is prolonged. The purpose of improving economic efficiency.
