褐煤熱爆特性及影響因素試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為提高我國(guó)褐煤的利用效率,選取呼倫貝爾、元寶山、烏蘭察布、興安盟、寶清褐煤為研究對(duì)象,以粒度變化率作為衡量熱爆性的指標(biāo),考察了煤質(zhì)、初始平均粒徑、受熱溫度、水分對(duì)褐煤熱爆性的影響,并研究了熱爆后碎片的結(jié)構(gòu)特性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:褐煤的變質(zhì)程度不同,熱爆性有較大差別;初始平均粒徑越大,受熱溫度越高,褐煤的熱爆性越強(qiáng);水分是影響褐煤熱爆的重要因素,150℃下干燥1 h后樣品的熱爆性與原煤相比可降低50%以上;褐煤在熱爆過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生了大量新孔,褐煤的水分和揮發(fā)分越高,熱爆后碎片的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)越發(fā)達(dá)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the utilization efficiency of lignite in China, Hulunbeir, Yuanbaoshan, Wulanchabu, XingUNITA and Baoqing lignite were selected as the research objects. The effects of heating temperature and moisture on the thermal explosion of lignite were studied. The results show that the thermal explosion property of lignite is different with the metamorphic degree of lignite, the larger the initial average particle size is, the higher the heating temperature is, the stronger the thermal explosion property of lignite is.
