采煤機(jī)搖臂運(yùn)行安全在線監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的研制

【摘要】:針對采煤機(jī)搖臂常見故障特點(diǎn),本論文研制了一款基于STC單片機(jī)的采煤機(jī)搖臂運(yùn)行安全在線監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)主要通過多路信號采集技術(shù),總線通信技術(shù)等實(shí)現(xiàn)了采煤機(jī)搖臂在運(yùn)行中對其關(guān)鍵部件的溫度和振動參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)顯示和安全預(yù)警等。本系統(tǒng)主要由基于STC單片機(jī)的硬件測試系統(tǒng)、下位機(jī)軟件編程和工業(yè)上位機(jī)管理三個部分組成。整個測試系統(tǒng)包括:主控芯片、多路數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、數(shù)據(jù)存儲模塊、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、串口通信模塊、熱電偶冷端補(bǔ)償模塊、電源模塊。STC單片機(jī)以模塊化的方式安裝在采煤機(jī)搖臂上,每個模塊包含多個傳感器模擬接口及其數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,通過多路模擬切換后對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行逐個轉(zhuǎn)換和處理。數(shù)據(jù)存儲單元存儲單片機(jī)采集和處理后的數(shù)據(jù),記錄采煤機(jī)搖臂具體位置特定時間內(nèi)的溫度等數(shù)據(jù)變化情況,為本監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的安全預(yù)警功能提供監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。前端模塊采集得到的數(shù)據(jù)通過RS485通信傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī)觸摸屏進(jìn)行實(shí)時顯示和故障分析。下位機(jī)軟件編程主要包括多路模擬信號數(shù)據(jù)采集、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)據(jù)處理、故障檢測、串口通信等程序。本系統(tǒng)的上位機(jī)采用的是基于MCGS組態(tài)軟件的觸摸屏,主要包括傳感器標(biāo)定模塊、數(shù)據(jù)顯示模塊、歷史數(shù)據(jù)、曲線查詢模塊、預(yù)警參數(shù)設(shè)定模塊以及報警模塊等。觸摸屏依據(jù)Modbus通信協(xié)議實(shí)現(xiàn)與下位機(jī)的串行通信。本論文完成了該監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和調(diào)試,下位機(jī)軟件編程和調(diào)試,上位機(jī)工業(yè)觸摸屏界面設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)處理。本監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶對本系統(tǒng)的功能要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the common fault characteristics of the rocker arm of shearer, an on-line monitoring and warning system for the safety of the rocker arm of shearer based on STC single chip computer is developed in this paper. In this system, the data acquisition, data transmission, data storage, data display and safety warning of the key components of the rocker arm of the shearer are realized by means of multi-channel signal acquisition technology, bus communication technology and so on. The system is mainly composed of three parts: hardware test system based on STC single chip computer, software programming of lower computer and management of industrial upper computer. The whole test system includes: main control chip, multi-channel data acquisition module, data storage module, analog-to-digital conversion module, serial communication module, thermocouple cold end compensation module. The power module. STC single-chip computer is installed on the rocker arm of the shearer in a modular manner. Each module contains a plurality of sensor analog interfaces and its data conversion. The data are converted and processed one by one after the multi-channel analog switching. The data storage unit stores the data collected and processed by single chip computer, records the change of temperature in the specific position of the rocker arm of the shearer at a specific time, and provides the monitoring data for the safety and early warning function of the monitoring system. The data collected by the front-end module is transmitted to the upper computer touch screen through RS485 communication for real-time display and fault analysis. The software programming of lower computer mainly includes A / D conversion, data processing, fault detection, serial communication and so on. The upper computer of this system adopts touch screen based on MCGS configuration software, including sensor calibration module, data display module, history data module, curve query module, early warning parameter setting module and alarm module. The touch screen realizes the serial communication with the lower computer according to the Modbus communication protocol. In this paper, the hardware circuit design and debugging of the monitoring system, the software programming and debugging of the lower computer, the interface design and data processing of the industrial touch screen of the upper computer are completed. This monitoring system has realized the user's function request to this system.
