【摘要】：根據(jù)陽(yáng)煤集團(tuán)液壓支架使用情況及維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了液壓支架結(jié)構(gòu)件、立柱、千斤頂?shù)汝P(guān)鍵部件的主要失效形式及失效原因,提出了設(shè)計(jì)、制造、使用、維修等不同階段如何減少和解決液壓支架失效問(wèn)題,可以更好地指導(dǎo)煤礦現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行液壓支架故障分析與維修。
[Abstract]:According to the use and maintenance experience of hydraulic support in Yang-Coal Group, the main failure forms and failure reasons of key components of hydraulic support, such as structural parts, columns, jacks and so on, are analyzed, and the design, manufacture and use are put forward. How to reduce and solve the failure problem of hydraulic support in different stages such as maintenance can better guide the fault analysis and maintenance of hydraulic support in coal mine.
