巖石脆性破壞聲發(fā)射前兆特性及RFPA模擬研究

【摘要】:具有巖爆傾向性脆性巖石的受壓破壞特征及其地壓監(jiān)測技術(shù)是礦山深部開采的基礎(chǔ)研究問題。論文以變粒巖、花崗巖和石灰?guī)r為研究對象,進(jìn)行了單軸壓縮下巖石脆性破壞聲發(fā)射試驗(yàn),分析了不同脆性巖石的強(qiáng)度與變形特征,探究了巖石受載破裂聲發(fā)射時頻特征演化前兆情況,并利用RFPA模擬了三種巖石破裂聲發(fā)射演化特征,進(jìn)一步揭示了單軸壓縮荷載作用下巖石脆性破壞聲發(fā)射前兆特性,主要研究內(nèi)容與成果如下:1、通過變粒巖、花崗巖和石灰?guī)r單軸壓縮聲發(fā)射試驗(yàn),從巖石強(qiáng)度與變形兩個方面對不同脆性巖石單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、剪切模量等巖石力學(xué)參數(shù)與變形指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了脆性巖石破壞三種基本形式和單軸壓縮下破壞所經(jīng)歷的三個基本階段。2、在巖石聲發(fā)射理論基礎(chǔ)之上,對變粒巖、花崗巖和石灰?guī)r在單軸壓縮荷載作用下破裂聲發(fā)射參數(shù)演化特征進(jìn)行了具體分析,并找出其在破壞時的前兆特性:在巖石屈服點(diǎn)或峰值應(yīng)力附近,聲發(fā)射振鈴累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù)會突然增加,其增長速率也會直線上升,聲發(fā)射活動極其活躍,聲發(fā)射能量出現(xiàn)激增。3、對單軸壓縮荷載作用下變粒巖、花崗巖和石灰?guī)r破裂聲發(fā)射頻譜特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析與研究,找出其演化特征及在巖石破壞時前兆表現(xiàn):在接近脆性破壞時,巖石聲發(fā)射信號EMD能量熵下降異;蛏仙惓;聲發(fā)射信號的峰值頻率多數(shù)維持在[43.95~92.77KHz],聲發(fā)射信號能集頻寬總體上呈現(xiàn)出由集中到分散的特點(diǎn);大多數(shù)巖石破壞前,聲發(fā)射信號峰值頻率通常會出現(xiàn)異常降低的現(xiàn)象,而聲發(fā)射信號能集頻寬會出現(xiàn)異常擴(kuò)大的現(xiàn)象。4、對變粒巖、花崗巖和石灰?guī)r單軸壓縮下聲發(fā)射進(jìn)行了RFPA模擬研究,結(jié)果表明:(1)RFPA能很好地模擬單軸壓縮下巖石微元破壞、裂紋擴(kuò)展以及聲發(fā)射演化,模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果有較好吻合;(2)在顯裂紋出現(xiàn)前,模擬聲發(fā)射有異常匯聚現(xiàn)象,并且在破壞時,主要以拉伸型聲發(fā)射為主;(3)位移矢量在模型破裂位置出現(xiàn)條帶混亂,而應(yīng)力矢量形成的條帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)與裂紋擴(kuò)展保持一致;(4)模擬聲發(fā)射累計(jì)計(jì)數(shù)曲線出現(xiàn)異常抬頭的時間點(diǎn)晚于模擬荷載曲線出現(xiàn)異常下降的時間點(diǎn),可作為模型破壞前兆信息。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of compressive failure of brittle rock with rockburst tendency and the monitoring technology of ground pressure are the basic research problems in deep mining. Taking granulite, granite and limestone as research objects, the acoustic emission tests of brittle failure of rock under uniaxial compression are carried out, and the strength and deformation characteristics of different brittle rocks are analyzed. In this paper, the evolution precursor of acoustic emission (AE) time and frequency characteristics of rock failure under uniaxial compression is investigated, and three characteristics of acoustic emission evolution are simulated by RFPA, which further reveal the precursor characteristics of rock brittle failure under uniaxial compression load. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1. Through uniaxial compression acoustic emission test of granulites, granite and limestone, uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus of different brittle rocks are studied from two aspects of rock strength and deformation. The mechanical parameters and deformation index of rock such as shear modulus are analyzed, and three basic failure forms of brittle rock and three basic stages of failure under uniaxial compression are summarized. On the basis of acoustic emission theory of rock, granulites are studied. The evolution characteristics of acoustic emission parameters of granite and limestone rupture under uniaxial compression load are analyzed in detail, and their precursor characteristics are found out: near the rock yield point or peak stress. The accumulative counting of acoustic emission ringing bell will suddenly increase, and its growth rate will rise in a straight line. The acoustic emission activity is extremely active, and the acoustic emission energy increases sharply. 3. Under uniaxial compression load, the granulite is changed. The characteristics of acoustic emission spectrum of granite and limestone rupture are analyzed and studied in detail to find out the evolution characteristics and the precursor of rock failure: when the rock is near brittle failure, the EMD energy entropy of rock acoustic emission signal decreases or rises; The peak frequency of acoustic emission signal is maintained at [43.95~92.77KHz], and the frequency width of acoustic emission signal is generally from concentration to dispersion, and the peak frequency of acoustic emission signal usually decreases abnormally before most rocks are destroyed. The acoustic emission signal energy concentration frequency width will increase abnormally. The RFPA simulation of acoustic emission under uniaxial compression of metamorphic rocks, granite and limestone shows that the microelement failure of rocks under uniaxial compression can be well simulated by the RFPA. Crack propagation and acoustic emission evolution. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The main displacement vector is tensile acoustic emission (AAE). However, the strip network formed by the stress vector is consistent with the crack growth. 4) the time point when the cumulative counting curve of acoustic emission appears abnormal rise is later than the time point when the simulated load curve appears abnormal decline, which can be used as model damage precursor information.
