【摘要】:采煤機(jī)工作環(huán)境惡劣且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,為滿足性能要求,設(shè)計(jì)過程中研發(fā)人員需要用到不同的專業(yè)軟件,具有過硬的專業(yè)技能。從企業(yè)角度來考慮,培養(yǎng)全面的專業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)需要大量科研資金投入,為滿足技術(shù)方面的需求還要投入資金購入高性能的計(jì)算機(jī),F(xiàn)階段企業(yè)內(nèi)CAE軟件的使用大都還局限于單機(jī)環(huán)境下,計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件資源利用率低,不僅浪費(fèi)資源,增加了企業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān),而且降低了產(chǎn)品研發(fā)效率,不利于提升企業(yè)競爭力。針對以上問題,提出了設(shè)計(jì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下基于ADAMS的采煤機(jī)截割部動力學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)。本文根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)與用戶需求,將系統(tǒng)功能分為參數(shù)化仿真、上傳模型仿真、仿真記錄和視頻展示4個子系統(tǒng)。分析對比計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的三種模式后得出B/S模式是最適合網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下基于ADAMS的采煤機(jī)截割部動力學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)的模式,并以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。在深入研究ADAMS軟件的仿真方式、模塊功能及接口類型的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了兩種在B/S模式下調(diào)用ADAMS軟件的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),成功地將ADAMS虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)應(yīng)用于采煤機(jī)截割部運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu)的在線動力學(xué)仿真。本文在ASP.NET平臺下,以Visual Studio 2015為開發(fā)工具,采用CSS+DIV、HTML技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的前臺設(shè)計(jì)和網(wǎng)頁布局。以C#.NET為開發(fā)語言,采用ADAMS仿真控制腳本與模型語言文件配合仿真的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了采煤機(jī)截割部運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu)的在線參數(shù)化仿真,利用ADAMS軟件的宏命令語言實(shí)現(xiàn)采煤機(jī)截割部運(yùn)動機(jī)構(gòu)的上傳模型仿真功能。根據(jù)用戶需求設(shè)計(jì)了基于SQL Server和Microsoft Office Excel的雙數(shù)據(jù)庫模式,并且采用C#.NET和ADO.NET、OLEDB.NET技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對仿真記錄的在線查詢、查看、刪除和下載等操作。通過引用Windows Media Player對應(yīng)的COM組件實(shí)現(xiàn)了視頻展示功能。經(jīng)過嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臏y試與實(shí)例應(yīng)用之后表明,系統(tǒng)界面友好,可操作性好,運(yùn)行流暢,相應(yīng)迅速,功能完善,能夠滿足客戶的基本需求。網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下基于ADAMS的采煤機(jī)截割部動力學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)能夠使企業(yè)內(nèi)部的計(jì)算機(jī)資源和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源得到最優(yōu)化的配置利用,有效緩解企業(yè)對仿真技術(shù)日益增長的需求與科研資金投入不足之間的矛盾。同時,系統(tǒng)還能夠幫助設(shè)計(jì)人員進(jìn)行信息的交流共享,低成本、高效率地實(shí)現(xiàn)異地合作與設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)對其它機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)具有很高的理論指導(dǎo)和參考價值。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the requirements of performance, the working environment of the shearer is very complex. In order to meet the requirements of performance, the R & D personnel in the design process need to use different professional software and have excellent professional skills. From the point of view of the enterprise, the training of a comprehensive professional team needs a large amount of investment in scientific research. At the present stage, the use of CAE software in the enterprise is mostly limited to the single machine environment, the utilization rate of the computer software and hardware is low, which not only wastes the resources, increases the enterprise burden, but also reduces the efficiency of the product research and development, and is not conducive to the promotion of the competitiveness of the enterprises. In this paper, a design of coal mining based on ADAMS in the design network environment is put forward. In this paper, the system function is divided into 4 subsystems: parametric simulation, upload model simulation, simulation record and video display according to the system design target and user needs. After analyzing and comparing three modes of computer network system, the B/S model is the most suitable for cutting coal cutter based on ADAMS in the network environment. The system structure is designed on the basis of the model of the dynamic analysis system. On the basis of the deep study of the simulation mode, function and type of interface of ADAMS software, two key technologies of using the ADAMS software in the B/S mode are put forward, and the ADAMS virtual machine technology is successfully applied to the moving mechanism of the cutting section of the shearer. In this paper, on the ASP.NET platform, this paper uses Visual Studio 2015 as the development tool, and uses CSS+DIV and HTML technology to realize the front design and web layout of the system. Using C#.NET as the development language, using the method of combining the simulation of the ADAMS simulation control script with the model language file, the on-line mining machine cutting department's motion mechanism is realized online. Parameterized simulation, using the macro command language of ADAMS software to realize the upload model simulation function of the cutting section of the shearer. Based on the user needs, a dual database mode based on SQL Server and Microsoft Office Excel is designed, and C#.NET and ADO.NET, OLEDB.NET technology is used to realize the online query, check and delete the simulation record. In addition to downloading and so on, the video display function is realized by reference to the COM component of Windows Media Player. After rigorous test and example application, it shows that the system interface is friendly, the operation is good, the operation is fluent, the function is perfect, and the basic needs of the customer can be met. In the network environment, the cutoff of the shearer based on ADAMS is cut. The cutting dynamic analysis system can make the computer resources and network resources in the enterprise optimal allocation and utilization, effectively alleviating the contradiction between the increasing demand for simulation technology and the insufficient investment in scientific research. At the same time, the system can also help designers to share information, low cost and high efficiency. The key technology of system design has a high theoretical guidance and reference value for other mechanical products network design.
