【摘要】：財務數(shù)據(jù)是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理最全面、真實的動態(tài)表現(xiàn),隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,如大數(shù)據(jù)和云技術(shù)的推廣使用,財務分析對提高企業(yè)管理水平具有更重要的意義。通過財務分析,客觀合理評價企業(yè)經(jīng)營情況和管理水平,為企業(yè)決策者提供必要的基礎(chǔ)信息�？茖W合理的財務分析指標,是企業(yè)改進和提高管理水平的重要手段,同時也是實施投融資決策的重要前提,對于提升企業(yè)管理能力和實現(xiàn)經(jīng)營目標具有舉足輕重的作用。紫金礦業(yè)作為大型跨國礦業(yè)集團,一直不斷探索改進企業(yè)管理方式,增強和提高企業(yè)競爭力。面對嚴峻的經(jīng)濟形勢,紫金礦業(yè)通過加強企業(yè)財務管理,緊緊圍繞著“財務管理是企業(yè)管理核心”這一理念,通過財務指標及成本分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)管理中存在的問題和不足,調(diào)整和改善原有管理體系,使紫金礦業(yè)在有色金屬行情低迷的形勢下,迅速擺脫困境,并走上快速發(fā)展、擴張的道路。本人從事財務工作多年,有豐富的財務分析和管理經(jīng)驗。在企業(yè)管理實踐過程中,組織開展企業(yè)財務指標分析,提出針對性的企業(yè)管理改進建議,公司后續(xù)管理能力得到明顯提升。本人在研究過程中,查閱大量的文獻資料,收集上市礦業(yè)企業(yè)多年的財務數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)指標,通過對財務指標進一步分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)紫金礦業(yè)現(xiàn)階段管理中存在的一些問題,并提出相應的管理改進建議。
[Abstract]:Financial data is the most comprehensive and real dynamic performance of modern enterprise management. With the continuous development of information technology, such as big data and cloud technology, financial analysis has a more important significance to improve the level of enterprise management. Through financial analysis, objective and reasonable evaluation of enterprise management and management level, for enterprise decision-makers to provide the necessary basic information. Scientific and reasonable financial analysis index is an important means for enterprises to improve and improve their management level. It is also an important prerequisite for the implementation of investment and financing decisions. It plays an important role in enhancing the management ability of enterprises and realizing their business objectives. Zijin Mining, as a large multinational mining group, has been exploring to improve enterprise management, enhance and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Faced with the severe economic situation, Zijin Mining Industry, by strengthening the financial management of enterprises, tightly revolves around the idea that "financial management is the core of enterprise management". Through the analysis of financial indicators and costs, the problems and deficiencies in management are found. Adjust and improve the original management system, so that Zijin mining industry in the non-ferrous metal market downturn situation, quickly out of the predicament, and on the road of rapid development and expansion. I have been engaged in financial work for many years, with rich financial analysis and management experience. In the process of enterprise management practice, the organization carries out the enterprise financial index analysis, puts forward the pertinence enterprise management improvement suggestion, the company follow-up management ability obtains the obvious enhancement. In the course of the research, I looked up a lot of documents, collected the financial data and related indicators of listed mining enterprises for many years, through further analysis of the financial indicators, I found some problems existing in Zijin mining industry management at the present stage. And puts forward the corresponding management improvement suggestion.
