刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)中部槽槽幫材料及熱處理工藝的研究

【摘要】:刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)是煤炭企業(yè)重要的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,中部槽是其重要的組成部分。由于中部槽槽幫是中部槽主要受力部位,其正常與否直接影響了刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。本文針對(duì)刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)中部槽槽幫易磨損、易腐蝕等缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行改善。主要從化學(xué)成分和熱處理工藝角度,對(duì)槽幫材料進(jìn)行研究,希望通過(guò)合理的成分配比和熱處理工藝來(lái)進(jìn)一步提高槽幫材料的力學(xué)性能和焊接性能。本文是在ZG30Si Mn的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)減少含碳量,添加一定量的合金元素(Cr、Mo、V及稀土),通過(guò)不同的熱處理工藝(調(diào)質(zhì)、正火、Q-P、Q-P-T),以期提高槽幫材料的耐磨性和焊接性。通過(guò)對(duì)不同方案的對(duì)比,實(shí)驗(yàn)得出如下結(jié)論:(1)Cr、Mo、V合金元素對(duì)鑄鋼材料有一定的強(qiáng)化作用;(2)經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理的五種鑄鋼材料,其中ZG26Si Mn Mo V在920℃淬火+580℃回火時(shí)力學(xué)性能最好,強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1000MPa以上,伸長(zhǎng)率18%以上,常溫下的沖擊功也達(dá)到了40J以上;(3)添加稀土材料的鑄鋼經(jīng)調(diào)質(zhì)處理和正火處理以后,強(qiáng)度和硬度都有了一定程度的提高,但塑性和韌性相對(duì)有所降低。由于組織和斷口分析發(fā)現(xiàn)夾雜物,是導(dǎo)致鑄鋼材料變脆的主要原因;(4)經(jīng)Q-P和Q-P-T工藝處理后,鑄鋼材料的性能未達(dá)到預(yù)期的提高,強(qiáng)度和硬度相對(duì)有所提升,但塑韌性偏低,主要是由于Si或Al的含量未達(dá)到一定的水平,導(dǎo)致未能充分的抑制Fe3C的析出和形成穩(wěn)定的碳化物;(5)合金元素的添加不利于鑄鋼材料的焊接性,幾種鑄鋼材料中,ZG26Si Mn的焊接性最好。本文針對(duì)刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)中部槽槽幫材料的化學(xué)成分和熱處理工藝進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)一步提高了槽幫材料的力學(xué)性能和焊接性能,從而進(jìn)一步提高了刮板運(yùn)輸機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率。
[Abstract]:Scraper conveyer is an important transportation equipment in coal enterprises, and the middle slot is an important part of it. Because the middle slot side is the main force position of the middle slot, its normal or not directly affects the normal operation of the scraper conveyer. This paper aims at improving the wear and corrosion of the middle slot of scraper conveyer. From the angle of chemical composition and heat treatment technology, this paper studies the groove top material, and hopes to improve the mechanical properties and welding properties of the groove top material by reasonable composition ratio and heat treatment process. In this paper, on the basis of ZG30Si mn, by reducing the carbon content, adding a certain amount of alloying elements such as Cr-MoV and rare-earth elements, and through different heat treatment processes (tempering, normalizing, Q-PQ-PQ-P-T), we hope to improve the wear resistance and weldability of grooves. Through the comparison of different schemes, the following conclusion is drawn from the experiment: the alloy element of 1: 1 Cr-MoV alloy has a certain strengthening effect on cast steel materials, and five kinds of cast steel materials treated by tempering and tempering have the best mechanical properties when ZG26Si Mn Mo V is quenched at 920 鈩,
