興隆莊選煤廠煤泥分選工藝改造與優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著煤炭開采機(jī)械化程度的提高,煤質(zhì)變化較大,原煤中煤泥含量越來越高,尤其-0.5mm粒級(jí)在入洗原煤中占有較高比重。在這種情況下,煤泥能否得到高效分選,直接影響選煤廠的洗選效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,更決定著循環(huán)水質(zhì)量,從而影響整個(gè)洗選工藝。因此,煤泥水的有效處理在選煤生產(chǎn)中至關(guān)重要。 興隆莊選煤廠原有工藝中對(duì)于-0.5mm粒級(jí)的分選精度不高,回收率低,導(dǎo)致部分煤泥損失在尾礦中,造成精煤損失,影響洗水質(zhì)量。因此需對(duì)該廠煤泥分選工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改造,提高精煤回收率,增加經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 通過對(duì)原有工藝的分析,多方案研究對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過浮選系統(tǒng)可以回收可觀量的精煤。最終確定了興隆莊選煤廠煤泥分選工藝:水介旋流器組+弧形篩截粗+煤泥浮選+尾煤濃縮壓濾。即對(duì)-0.5mm粒級(jí)分級(jí)回收,由水介旋流器組分級(jí),弧形篩截粗回收粗煤泥,-0.3mm粒級(jí)進(jìn)入浮選。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了大量的藥劑試驗(yàn),重點(diǎn)做了絮凝沉降試驗(yàn),以及浮選試驗(yàn),確定了適合興隆莊選煤廠煤泥水處理環(huán)節(jié)的藥劑制度。 最后,對(duì)優(yōu)化后的煤泥分選系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行采樣,試驗(yàn),分析工藝效果。優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)后,提高了精煤回收率,增加了精煤產(chǎn)率,提高了尾煤泥的灰分,增加了選煤廠經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。該工藝運(yùn)行后,具有技術(shù)可靠,分選效率高,系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單,易操作管理的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of mechanization of coal mining, the coal quality changes greatly, and the content of coal slime in raw coal is more and more high, especially -0.5mm grain-grade occupies a higher proportion in washing raw coal. In this case, whether the slime can be separated efficiently directly affects the efficiency and economic benefit of coal preparation plant, determines the quality of circulating water, and thus affects the whole washing process. Therefore, the effective treatment of coal slurry is very important in coal preparation. In the original process of Xinglongzhuang Coal preparation Plant, the separation accuracy of -0.5mm particle grade is not high, and the recovery rate is low, which results in the loss of part of coal slime in the tailings, resulting in the loss of clean coal and affecting the quality of washing water. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the separation process of coal slime in this plant to improve the recovery rate of clean coal and increase economic benefit. Through the analysis of the original process and the comparison of many schemes, it is found that the considerable amount of clean coal can be recovered through the flotation system. Finally, the separation process of coal slime in Xinglongzhuang Coal preparation Plant was determined. That is to say, the gradation recovery of -0.5mm particles is carried out by the water medium cyclone group, and the coarse slime is recovered by the arc screen, and the coarse coal slime grade of -0.3mm is entered into the floatation. At the same time, a large number of medicament tests were carried out, the flocculation settlement test and flotation test were carried out, and the medicament system suitable for coal slurry treatment in Xinglongzhuang Coal preparation Plant was determined. Finally, the optimized slime separation system is sampled, tested and analyzed. After optimized design, the recovery rate of clean coal is increased, the yield of clean coal is increased, the ash content of tail slime is increased, and the economic benefit of coal preparation plant is increased. The process has the advantages of reliable technology, high sorting efficiency, simple system and easy operation and management.
