泡沫浮選法回收失效鋰離子電池中的電極材料

【摘要】:失效鋰離子電池破碎后,電極材料鈷酸鋰和石墨主要富集在-250μm粒級(jí)破碎產(chǎn)物中。純鈷酸鋰和石墨具有相反的表面潤(rùn)濕性,因而泡沫浮選是一種較為理想的方法,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)鈷酸鋰和石墨的分離回收。然而電極材料顆粒表面被聚偏氟乙烯覆蓋,嚴(yán)重影響實(shí)際浮選效果。本文主要研究聚偏氟乙烯對(duì)電極材料浮選行為的影響。結(jié)果表明,聚偏氟乙烯有機(jī)層包裹在鈷酸鋰和石墨表面,造成浮選的困難。因此,首先通過(guò)焙燒去除有機(jī)層。熱重曲線(xiàn)結(jié)果表明,焙燒溫度660℃,停留時(shí)間2 h條件下,聚偏氟乙烯可以被完全去除。有機(jī)層去除后,在礦漿濃度為10%,p H值為5,捕收劑用量為0.2 kg/t,起泡劑用量為0.25 kg/t,通過(guò)浮選可以回收鈷酸鋰的品位超過(guò)92%,回收率達(dá)到93%。
[Abstract]:After the broken lithium ion battery, the electrode materials, lithium cobalt and graphite, are mainly enriched in -250 渭 m particle crushing products. Pure lithium cobalt acid and graphite have opposite surface wettability, so foam flotation is an ideal method to realize the separation and recovery of lithium cobalt and graphite. However, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) covers the particle surface of electrode material, which seriously affects the actual flotation effect. The effect of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) on the flotation behavior of electrode materials is studied in this paper. The results show that the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) organic layer is encapsulated on the surface of lithium cobalt and graphite, which results in the difficulty of flotation. Therefore, the organic layer is first removed by roasting. The thermogravimetric curves showed that the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) could be completely removed under the conditions of calcination temperature 660 鈩,
