短壁矸石膠結(jié)充填開采技術與應用

【摘要】:針對我國煤礦"三下"壓煤量大、村莊搬遷困難,長壁充填開采投資大、地質(zhì)條件適應性差、采充相互干擾等問題,通過理論分析、室內(nèi)試驗、數(shù)值模擬和現(xiàn)場實測等手段,提出了短壁矸石膠結(jié)充填技術,研究了材料配比、支巷參數(shù)、圍巖應力場演化和地表變形規(guī)律,主要結(jié)論如下:(1)充填漿料最佳配比為1∶1.5∶4,與矸石1∶2混合后充填支巷;(2)基于極限強度理論確定支巷最佳寬度為5 m;(3)數(shù)值模擬表明:開采過程中煤壁超前支承壓力峰值為13.1 MPa,開采奇數(shù)巷時充填體受力1.6 MPa,開采偶數(shù)巷時受力10.4 MPa,頂板塑性區(qū)5 m,底板破壞帶深度5 m,呈現(xiàn)W-波浪形分布;(4)現(xiàn)場實測表明:支巷超前支撐壓力為19.7 MPa,位于支巷前端4.6 m,頂?shù)装遄畲笠平?16.3 mm;頂板在0~5.7 m范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)生少量斷裂微裂隙,離層不明顯,只發(fā)生彎曲下沉,不存在垮落帶;(5)充填材料來源廣、矸石不外運,實現(xiàn)了采充平行作業(yè)。該方法在內(nèi)蒙古裕興煤礦得到了廣泛的應用,有效緩解了長壁充填開采帶來的弊端,以較小噸煤成本,獲得較大的經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of "three lower" coal pressure, difficult relocation of villages, large investment in long wall filling mining, poor adaptability of geological conditions, mutual interference between mining and filling, and so on, through theoretical analysis, laboratory test, numerical simulation and field measurement, etc. The cemented filling technology of short wall gangue is put forward. The material ratio, the parameters of branch roadway, the evolution of surrounding rock stress field and the law of surface deformation are studied. The main conclusions are as follows: (1: 1: 1) the optimum ratio of filling slurry is 1: 1.5: 4, and after mixing with gangue at 1:2, the filling branch roadway Shuiguo 2) based on the limit strength theory to determine the optimum width of the branch roadway is 5 m ~ 3) numerical simulation shows that the coal wall in the mining process is ahead of time. The peak value of supporting pressure is 13.1 MPA, the loading of filling body is 1.6 MPA when mining odd number roadway, the force is 10.4 MPA when mining even number roadway, the plastic zone of roof is 5 m, the depth of floor damage zone is 5 m, and the distribution of W-wave shape is presented. The pressure is 19. 7 MPA, which is located at the front end of the branch roadway at 4. 6 m, the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plate is 116.3 mm, and the roof produces a small amount of fracture microcracks in the range of 0 ~ 5. 7 m. The separation layer is not obvious, only bends and sinks occur, there is no caving zone, the filling material sources are wide, the gangue is not transported out, so the parallel mining and charging operation is realized. The method has been widely used in Yuxing Coal Mine, Inner Mongolia, which effectively alleviates the drawback brought by long wall filling mining, and obtains greater economic and environmental benefits with lower coal cost per ton.
