薩熱克銅礦采場爆破對相鄰采場的影響

【摘要】:地下礦山采場爆破對相鄰采場圍巖的穩(wěn)定性造成擾動是不可避免的,當(dāng)爆破單段起爆藥量過大時(shí),采場容易出現(xiàn)片幫或冒頂。因此研究地下采場回采時(shí)爆破振動對相鄰采場的影響,從而保證地下采場的安全和穩(wěn)定是很有必要的。結(jié)合新疆薩熱克銅礦生產(chǎn)情況,采用現(xiàn)場爆破振動測試和數(shù)值模擬分析相結(jié)合的方法研究薩熱克銅礦地下采場爆破振動對相鄰采場圍巖的影響,利用薩道夫斯基經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式對測試數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析,得出地震波傳播衰減公式。數(shù)值模擬研究爆破過程中鄰近洞室的質(zhì)點(diǎn)振動速度特點(diǎn),相鄰采場洞壁動應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律以及爆破動應(yīng)力與振動速度的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:It is inevitable to disturb the stability of surrounding rock of adjacent stope by stope blasting in underground mine. When the quantity of explosive in single section of blasting is too large, the roof or roof will easily appear in the stope. Therefore, it is necessary to study the influence of blasting vibration on adjacent stope in underground stope, so as to ensure the safety and stability of underground stope. Based on the production situation of Sajek Copper Mine in Xinjiang, the effect of blasting vibration in underground stope of Sajek Copper Mine on surrounding rock of adjacent stope is studied by means of field blasting vibration test and numerical simulation analysis. The formula of attenuation of seismic wave propagation is obtained by regression analysis of test data by using Sadolski's empirical formula. The characteristics of particle vibration velocity in adjacent caverns, the distribution law of dynamic stress in adjacent stope wall and the relation between blasting dynamic stress and vibration velocity are studied by numerical simulation.
