【摘要】:利用ASPEN EDR軟件設(shè)計(jì)管殼式換熱器能省去大量的手工計(jì)算過程,提高換熱器設(shè)計(jì)者的效率。以低濃度瓦斯發(fā)電項(xiàng)目余熱利用局部工藝為例,敘述了使用ASPEN EDR軟件設(shè)計(jì)和校核管殼式換熱器的通用方法。由于熱流介質(zhì)是具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)性的低濃度煤層氣,該換熱器除了滿足換熱、壓降等一般要求外,還必須采取抑阻爆措施來保證換熱器的安全性。
[Abstract]:Using ASPEN EDR software to design shell and tube heat exchanger can save a lot of manual calculation process and improve the efficiency of heat exchanger designer. Taking the local process of waste heat utilization in low concentration gas power generation project as an example, a general method for designing and checking tube and shell heat exchangers using ASPEN EDR software is described. Since the heat flow medium is a low concentration coal bed methane with explosive danger, the heat exchanger must not only meet the general requirements of heat transfer and pressure drop, but also take measures to prevent explosion to ensure the safety of the heat exchanger.
