新型席夫堿捕收劑的合成及對(duì)氧化銅礦浮選性能研究

【摘要】:高選擇性捕收劑的研發(fā)對(duì)于氧化銅礦研究有很重要的意義。近幾年,螯合捕收劑廣泛的應(yīng)用到氧化銅礦的浮選中,本文合成了七種席夫堿螯合類捕收劑,并利用這七種席夫堿對(duì)孔雀石和石英礦浮選性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上利用Zeta電位,紅外光譜以及采用DFT(密度泛函理論)中的B3LYP/6-31g方法從宏觀和微觀方面探究了席夫堿和孔雀石礦物的作用機(jī)理。采用胺類化合物和相應(yīng)的醛、酮為原料合成了苯胺縮水楊醛席夫堿(A1),鄰氨基酚縮苯甲醛席夫堿(A2),正己胺縮水楊醛席夫堿(A3),正四胺縮水楊醛席夫堿(A4),環(huán)己胺縮水楊醛席夫堿(A5),糠醛偶姻肟(A6),安息香肟(A7)共七種席夫堿,通過(guò)紅外和核磁分析手段對(duì)合成的七種席夫堿化合物進(jìn)行了表征?兹甘褪⒌膯蔚V物浮選實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在只使用席夫堿化合物做捕收劑浮選時(shí),A1、A2、A3、A4、A5的捕收能力較好,但是A6、A7的捕收能力一般,這幾種捕收劑的捕收能力如下A1A2A3≈A5A4A6A7。當(dāng)使用席夫堿和柴油組合作為捕收劑時(shí),席夫堿的捕收能力有所提高,尤其是A6、A7提高的較大。本文還從構(gòu)效關(guān)系的角度研究了七種捕收劑的浮選能力,發(fā)現(xiàn)同分異構(gòu)原理以及同系物原理可以運(yùn)用到浮選藥劑的設(shè)計(jì)中。選用A1、A6、A7和柴油組合作為捕收劑對(duì)孔雀石和石英的模擬混合礦物進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明這些藥劑對(duì)孔雀石的浮選回收率可達(dá)到80%,品位可達(dá)90以上。Zeta電位和紅外光譜的分析手段表明,席夫堿捕收劑在孔雀石礦物表面的作用主要是通過(guò)席夫堿化合物中的C=N和-OH鍵與礦物表面的陽(yáng)離子形成配位鍵,屬于化學(xué)吸附,但是在石英礦物表面沒(méi)有吸附能力。采用DFT(密度泛函理論)中的B3LYP/6-31g方法對(duì)合成的七種捕收劑進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,得到了分子的最優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)和HOMO(最高分子占據(jù)軌道)、LUMO(最低分子空軌道)以及HOMO和LUMO之間的能級(jí)差?E,從?E的角度分析了捕收劑的捕收能力,結(jié)果表明和浮選實(shí)驗(yàn)相對(duì)應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The research and development of high selective collector is of great significance for the study of copper oxide ore. In recent years, chelating collectors have been widely used in the flotation of copper oxide ores. Seven kinds of Schiff base chelating collectors have been synthesized, and the flotation properties of malachite and quartz ores have been systematically studied by using these seven kinds of Schiff bases. On this basis, the interaction mechanism of Schiff base and malachite minerals was studied by using Zeta potential, infrared spectroscopy and B3LYP/6-31g method in density functional theory (DFT). Using amine compounds and corresponding aldehydes, Aniline glycidyl Schiff base, o-aminophenol benzaldehyde Schiff base, n-hexylamine glycidyl Schiff base, tetraamine glycidyl Schiff base, cyclohexylamine glycidyl Schiff base, furfural oxime Schiff base, hexylamine glycidyl Schiff base, cyclohexylamine glycidoxylaldehyde Schiff base, 2-aminophenol benzaldehyde Schiff base, n-hexylamine glycidyl Schiff base, There are seven Schiff bases, Seven Schiff base compounds were characterized by IR and NMR.
