磁化改性煤油對(duì)洛陽(yáng)某鉬礦石低溫浮選指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:洛陽(yáng)某鉬礦選廠鉬礦石鉬品位為0.11%,鉬主要以輝鉬礦形式存在,輝鉬礦中鉬占總鉬的88.07%,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)以煤油為捕收劑浮選鉬,冬季煤油黏性降低,在礦漿中彌散能力弱,浮選指標(biāo)差。為提高低溫條件鉬浮選指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了捕收劑煤油改性后用于浮選鉬的試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:冬季采用磁化改性后煤油浮選鉬可提高浮選指標(biāo);在礦漿溫度為5℃時(shí),分別以未磁化煤油和磁化后煤油(磁化磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度為160 k A/m,磁化時(shí)間為1min)為捕收劑、2#油為起泡劑,進(jìn)行1粗1精1掃閉路浮選對(duì)比,以磁化后煤油為捕收劑時(shí)獲得的精礦鉬品位較以未磁化煤油為捕收劑時(shí)高0.5個(gè)百分點(diǎn),鉬回收率高2.53個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)解決該選廠冬季鉬回收率低于其他季節(jié)的問題有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
