選煤設(shè)備初級智能化選型及選煤CAD網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究

【摘要】:在進(jìn)行選煤廠設(shè)計(jì)或者老廠改造時,設(shè)備選型是一項(xiàng)至關(guān)重要的工作。選擇合適的設(shè)備不僅能提高生產(chǎn)效率、優(yōu)化廠房布置,而且能節(jié)省資金,避免給國家或企業(yè)造成不必要的浪費(fèi)。由于選煤設(shè)備的復(fù)雜性和獨(dú)特性,造成選煤設(shè)備選型計(jì)算時涉及到的因素較多,需要考慮的條件繁瑣。如果能夠利用計(jì)算機(jī)來完成這些選型工作,將會使選型效率及準(zhǔn)確性大大提高。本文借助專家知識庫、設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)庫,選型方法庫等,將選型理論知識和設(shè)備選型思想結(jié)合在一起,以實(shí)現(xiàn)選煤設(shè)備的初級智能選型。本文根據(jù)設(shè)備在選煤生產(chǎn)過程中的不同用途將選煤設(shè)備分為八個類別:篩分機(jī)械、破碎機(jī)械、分選機(jī)械、脫水機(jī)械、運(yùn)輸機(jī)械、給料和準(zhǔn)備機(jī)械、泵和其他設(shè)備。通過對不同的設(shè)備類型進(jìn)行選型指標(biāo)的系統(tǒng)分析,選定了工藝技術(shù)指標(biāo)、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可靠性、廠商信息、節(jié)能環(huán)保5個主要評價指標(biāo)建立基于層次分析法的設(shè)備選型專家系統(tǒng)評價體系。以調(diào)查問卷的形式咨詢行業(yè)專家以及一線生產(chǎn)工人,統(tǒng)計(jì)各個評價指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),通過矩陣計(jì)算得到某個設(shè)備選型指標(biāo)的按權(quán)重排序的列表,以供選煤設(shè)計(jì)人員、選煤廠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等進(jìn)行參考決策。針對選煤設(shè)備圖庫的功能需求分析,結(jié)合設(shè)備選型的評價指標(biāo)體系,建立了選煤設(shè)備初級智能化選型系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)使用SQL Server構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫、IIS作為服務(wù)器端運(yùn)行環(huán)境,運(yùn)用.NET技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于Internet的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式應(yīng)用軟件系統(tǒng)的核心部分的開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)主要包括選煤設(shè)備圖庫管理、選煤設(shè)備廠家管理、選煤設(shè)備選型管理和選煤設(shè)備綜合展示平臺四個主要核心功能。最后,針對選煤廠計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件(CPCAD)單機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究。結(jié)合開發(fā)的選煤設(shè)備選型系統(tǒng)對CPCAD的設(shè)備圖庫進(jìn)行手動、定時更新。規(guī)劃借助過程控制與模擬優(yōu)化研究所開發(fā)的自動化辦公平臺中的工作流管理模塊來實(shí)現(xiàn)CPCAD的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化協(xié)同辦公。
[Abstract]:In the design of coal preparation plant or the renovation of the old plant, the selection of equipment is a very important task. Choosing suitable equipment can not only improve production efficiency, optimize plant layout, but also save money and avoid unnecessary waste to country or enterprise. Because of the complexity and uniqueness of the coal preparation equipment, there are many factors involved in the selection and calculation of the coal preparation equipment, and the conditions to be considered are tedious. If the computer can be used to complete the selection, the efficiency and accuracy of the selection will be greatly improved. In this paper, with the help of expert knowledge base, equipment database, selection method database and so on, the selection theory knowledge and the equipment selection idea are combined to realize the primary intelligent selection of coal preparation equipment. In this paper, according to the different uses of the equipment in the coal preparation process, coal preparation equipment is divided into eight categories: screening machinery, crushing machinery, sorting machinery, dehydrating machinery, transportation machinery, feeding and preparation machinery, pumps and other equipment. Through the systematic analysis of the selection index of different equipment types, the process technical index, economy, reliability and manufacturer information are selected. The evaluation system of equipment selection expert system based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is established. In the form of questionnaire, the experts of the industry and the first-line production workers are consulted, the weight coefficients of each evaluation index are counted, and the list of the selected equipment selection indexes according to the weight order is obtained by matrix calculation for the coal preparation designers. The leader of coal preparation plant and so on carries on the reference decision. According to the functional requirement analysis of coal preparation equipment drawing library and the evaluation index system of equipment selection, a primary intelligent coal preparation equipment selection system is established. The system uses SQL Server to build the database SQL as the server running environment, and realizes the development of the core part of the application software system of the B / S structure pattern based on Internet by using the. Net technology. The system mainly includes four core functions: coal preparation equipment drawing library management, coal preparation equipment factory management, coal preparation equipment selection management and coal preparation equipment comprehensive display platform. Finally, the network research on the computer aided design software (CPCAD) system of coal preparation plant is carried out. Combined with the developed coal preparation equipment selection system, the equipment map library of CPCAD is updated manually and periodically. With the help of the workflow management module in the automatic office platform developed by the Institute of process Control and Simulation Optimization, the planning realizes the networked collaborative work of CPCAD.
