頻率加權(quán)能量算子在振動(dòng)篩故障診斷中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:Teager能量算子解調(diào)方法在信號(hào)領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,但由于對(duì)噪聲較為敏感,造成其魯棒性較差。振動(dòng)篩屬于振動(dòng)機(jī)械設(shè)備中的篩分設(shè)備,其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)與運(yùn)行原理與普通的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械有著很大不同,因此提取出的振動(dòng)信號(hào)同旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械提取出的振動(dòng)信號(hào)也同樣有著較大區(qū)別,主要體現(xiàn)在,信號(hào)中不僅存在著大量的背景噪聲,而且信號(hào)中的成分也較為復(fù)雜,因此傳統(tǒng)的能量算子在振動(dòng)機(jī)械的實(shí)際應(yīng)用上受到了很大限制;诖,提出一種全新的能量算子方法—頻率加權(quán)能量算子,該方法在很大程度上解決了傳統(tǒng)能量算子關(guān)于噪聲敏感性的缺點(diǎn)。將該方法應(yīng)用到仿真模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)與振動(dòng)篩實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,并同傳統(tǒng)的能量算子進(jìn)行比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)能夠很好的分離出故障頻率,證明了該方法具有實(shí)用性與優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:The Teager energy operator demodulation method has been widely used in the signal field, but because of its sensitivity to noise, its robustness is poor. The vibrating screen belongs to the screening equipment in the vibration machinery. Its structural characteristics and operating principle are quite different from that of the ordinary rotating machinery. Therefore, the vibration signals extracted from the rotating machinery are the same as the rotating machinery. The vibration signals taken out are also different. It is mainly reflected in the fact that there are not only a large number of background noises in the signal, but also the complexity of the components in the signal. Therefore, the traditional energy operator has been greatly restricted in the practical application of vibration machinery. Based on this, a new energy operator method, frequency weighting, is proposed. The energy operator, to a great extent, solves the disadvantage of the noise sensitivity of the traditional energy operator. The method is applied to the simulation experiment and the practical application of the vibrating screen, and is compared with the traditional energy operator. It is found that the fault frequency can be separated well, and the method is proved to be practical and superior.
