堅(jiān)硬特厚煤層頂煤冒放結(jié)構(gòu)及提高采出率技術(shù)

【摘要】:針對(duì)西部埋深較淺、堅(jiān)硬、特厚煤層頂煤冒放性差的問(wèn)題,以金雞灘煤礦2-2上堅(jiān)硬特厚煤層賦存條件為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)理論模型計(jì)算、數(shù)值模擬分析及設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)等方法,分析了堅(jiān)硬特厚煤層頂煤冒放結(jié)構(gòu)及提高采出率技術(shù)。通過(guò)建立堅(jiān)硬特厚頂煤的"懸臂梁"力學(xué)模型,計(jì)算分析了頂煤厚度與懸臂極限斷裂長(zhǎng)度的關(guān)系;首次定量分析了液壓支架反復(fù)支撐對(duì)頂煤的損傷破壞效果,研究了液壓支架主動(dòng)支護(hù)作用力、反復(fù)支撐次數(shù)對(duì)頂煤破壞深度、破壞塊度的影響;分析了大采高綜放工作面煤壁片幫防治與提高頂煤冒放性的矛盾,通過(guò)優(yōu)化液壓支架架型結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)解決了二者之間的矛盾;創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)了強(qiáng)擾動(dòng)三級(jí)高效放煤機(jī)構(gòu)與綜放工作面后部刮板輸送機(jī)交叉?zhèn)刃恫贾梅绞?有效提高了大塊頂煤的放出率與放出效率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of shallow buried depth, hard coal seam and poor caving ability of top coal seam in the west of China, based on the occurrence conditions of hard and super thick coal seam on 2-2 of Jinjitan Coal Mine, the methods of theoretical model calculation, numerical simulation analysis and equipment structure optimization design are adopted. The caving structure of top coal in hard and thick coal seam and the technology of improving mining rate are analyzed. By establishing the "cantilever beam" mechanical model of hard and super thick top coal, the relationship between the thickness of top coal and the limit fracture length of cantilever is calculated and analyzed, and the damage and failure effect of repeated support of hydraulic support on top coal is quantitatively analyzed for the first time. This paper studies the influence of active support force of hydraulic support and the times of repeated support on the failure depth and fragmentation of top coal, and analyzes the contradiction between prevention and cure of coal wall and the improvement of caving property of top coal in fully mechanized top-coal caving face with high mining height. By optimizing the structural parameters of hydraulic support frame, the contradiction between them is solved, and the cross side unloading arrangement of strong disturbance three stage high efficiency caving mechanism and the rear scraper conveyor of fully mechanized caving face is designed. The extraction rate and efficiency of bulk top coal are improved effectively.
