【摘要】：可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為我國的基本國策,要求企業(yè)在追求最大經(jīng)濟利益的同時,也應該注重資源的節(jié)約與環(huán)境的改善。山西是煤炭資源大省,其經(jīng)濟增長在過去主要依賴于煤炭的開采,但由此帶來的社會環(huán)境問題也層出不窮�！吧轿魇屹Y源型經(jīng)濟轉型綜合配套改革試驗區(qū)”的設立,更是要求山西的煤炭企業(yè)走一條循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之路。山西省下屬的JX公司是全國煤炭行業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),積極響應國家號召、結合企業(yè)自身的實際情況將循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的理念融入到其未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中,提出“做大做強焦煤主業(yè),加快推進轉型升級,大力發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟,開放合作五大領域”,并制訂了一系列循環(huán)經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略部署,以期實現(xiàn)煤炭企業(yè)的新型工業(yè)化道路。本論文將著重以JX公司作為研究對象,首先針對該公司的基本情況進行一個簡單的介紹,并圍繞現(xiàn)階段JX公司循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況進行概況總結。了解其循環(huán)經(jīng)濟建設過程中的兩種基本方式,一種是以煤為基的多元發(fā)展模式,具體來講就是建設“煤炭—電廠—建材廠”和“煤—焦—化工廠”模式的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟園區(qū)。另一種循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式是跨行業(yè)的,主要講述JX公司下設運城鹽業(yè)集團發(fā)展的無機鹽循環(huán)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè),以及JX公司與雙匯集團合資成立的“金土地”集團大力發(fā)展的循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè)。其次我在這篇論文中將主要采用SWOT分析法和波特五力分析模型來詳細分析JX公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及具體競爭戰(zhàn)略的選擇,并提出適合煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略之路。當然,文章中還包含其他一些管理學分析方法,例如PEST分析法、行業(yè)生命周期分析法、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析法等。再次,本文通過上述針對JX公司現(xiàn)階段戰(zhàn)略部署的詳細分析,并結合該公司在推行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟過程中遇到的實際問題,挖掘JX公司企業(yè)發(fā)展背后可能隱藏的一些問題,例如來自企業(yè)內(nèi)部的局限、市場機制對循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的消極抵制作用、企業(yè)關鍵技術的缺乏、企業(yè)體制的嚴重束縛以及政府政策層面的沖突等等。最后,本論文圍繞循環(huán)經(jīng)濟戰(zhàn)略實施過程中遭遇的問題改進優(yōu)化JX公司的整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并相應提出了解決問題的具體對策分析。主要從企業(yè)內(nèi)外部兩個角度著手,從內(nèi)注重技術、資金和人力方面的扶持,在外注重與政府的溝通交流,以期能夠內(nèi)外協(xié)作,實現(xiàn)JX公司經(jīng)濟的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the basic national policy of our country, sustainable development strategy requires enterprises to pay attention to the conservation of resources and the improvement of environment while pursuing the greatest economic benefits. Shanxi is a large province of coal resources, its economic growth in the past mainly depends on the coal mining, but the resulting social and environmental problems also emerge one after another. The establishment of "Shanxi Province National Resource-oriented economy Transformation Comprehensive Reform Experimental Zone" requires Shanxi's coal enterprises to take a road of circular economic development. JX Company, a subsidiary of Shanxi Province, is the leading enterprise in the national coal industry. It actively responds to the call of the state, integrates the concept of circular economy into its future development strategic planning, and proposes to "make the main industry of coking coal bigger and stronger." Accelerating the transformation and upgrading, vigorously developing the circular economy, opening up the five fields of cooperation, and drawing up a series of strategic arrangements for circular economy in order to realize the new industrialization road of coal enterprises. This paper will focus on the JX company as the research object, first of all, the basic situation of the company will be a simple introduction, and around the current JX company circular economy industry development situation is summarized. Two basic ways in the process of circular economy construction are understood, one is the multi-development mode based on coal, and the other is the circular economic park of "coal power plant building material factory" and "coal coke chemical factory" model. Another kind of circular economy development mode is cross-industry, mainly narrates the inorganic salt recycling economy industry developed by Yuncheng Salt Industry Group under JX Company, and the circular agriculture developed vigorously by JX Company and Shuanghui Group, which is a joint venture between JX Company and Shuanghui Group. Secondly, in this paper, I will mainly use SWOT analysis method and Porter five-force analysis model to analyze JX company's overall development strategy and the choice of specific competition strategy in detail, and put forward the strategic road suitable for the development of coal enterprises. Of course, the article also includes some other management analysis methods, such as PEST analysis, industry life cycle analysis, internal environment analysis and so on. Thirdly, through the above detailed analysis of JX Company's strategic deployment at the present stage, and combined with the practical problems encountered by JX Company in the process of promoting circular economy, this paper excavates some problems that may be hidden behind the JX company's enterprise development. For example, the limitation comes from the enterprise, the negative resistance of the market mechanism to the circular economy development, the lack of the key technology of the enterprise, the severe restraint of the enterprise system and the conflict of the government policy level and so on. Finally, this paper improves and optimizes the overall development strategy of JX Company around the problems encountered in the implementation of circular economy strategy, and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problem. It mainly starts from the internal and external angles of the enterprise, pays attention to the support of technology, capital and manpower, and pays attention to the communication and communication with the government outside, in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of JX company's economy through internal and external cooperation.
