某露天礦陡傾地形排土場的穩(wěn)定性安全研究

【摘要】:本文以金平某礦山3#排土場作為研究對象,分析了以該排土場為典型的陡傾地形排土場邊坡的安全問題。安全分析一般是通過查找、分析并預測系統(tǒng)、工程、生產(chǎn)活動等過程中潛在的危險和有害因素及有可能產(chǎn)生的危險、后果和程度,最后提出可行的安全對策措施的研究過程,從安全科學的角度來說,其概括為發(fā)現(xiàn)危險源、分析危險源和預防措施,以達到研究系統(tǒng)安全、穩(wěn)定運行的目的。排土場是制約礦山安全的重大危險源之一,陡傾地形排土場是排土場中的重大危險源。目前,該排土場的原始地基地形坡度在12°-30°之間,平均坡度達25°,屬陡傾基底排土場,加之設(shè)計堆排高度為230m,實際已排土堆置高度達134米,堆排仍在繼續(xù),存在很大的安全隱患。論文對排土場的安全進行分析和研究。第一,論文在前期工作中收集了大量文獻資料,其中包括相似陡傾基底排土場的綜合分析、局部分析、穩(wěn)定性分析等,也包括致災(zāi)模式、排土物料性質(zhì)、排土堆置、排土場周邊情況等相關(guān)問題。第二,在該排土場的實習過程中,跟進生產(chǎn)狀況,分析排土場情況,對比之前的分析內(nèi)容得出該排土場的災(zāi)害模式。第三,運用事故樹的分析方法做出當前排土場的安全分析。從安全分析的結(jié)果得出排土場的穩(wěn)定性是排土場安全研究中存在的最大影響因素,進而進行排土場穩(wěn)定性分析。第四,排土場的穩(wěn)定性分析,根據(jù)實地工程調(diào)查和該礦山排土場設(shè)計資料以及其他相關(guān)排土場文獻資料,分析排土場典型剖面位置,應(yīng)用快速拉格朗日法程序進行數(shù)值模擬,模擬對象是該排土場的整個堆積體和基底山坡。論文模擬利用建立相應(yīng)地質(zhì)模型導入FLAC3D中對排土場的穩(wěn)定性進行分析,分析過程結(jié)合排土場物料性質(zhì)、堆排情況以及即將堆排的設(shè)計情況,將仍在持續(xù)堆排的排土場從下到上分為三個大區(qū)域,第一區(qū)域為攔渣壩以上第3和第4臺階,第二區(qū)域為第5、6、7臺階,第三區(qū)域為第8和第9臺階。模擬過程可明顯看出,當堆排到30°的地基地段時,坡頂坡肩處存在明顯潛在滑動面,坡腳處有壓迫腳現(xiàn)象,地基地形坡度大的地方,剪應(yīng)變速率更快,存在安全隱患。研究也揭示隨著堆載的區(qū)域疊加,該礦山排土場邊坡變形破壞模式為排棄物內(nèi)部滑動與復合式滑動,并分別得出三個區(qū)域的堆積后排土場的安全系數(shù),第一區(qū)域到第三區(qū)域的安全系數(shù)分別為:2.1、1.7、1.4,均滿足安全生產(chǎn)的要求,相對穩(wěn)定。最后根據(jù)現(xiàn)場狀況分析影響排土場安全因素的基礎(chǔ)上提出相對應(yīng)的措施,建議開展行之有效的治理工作,提高整個排土場生產(chǎn)過程的安全性,保證礦山效益與安全雙豐收。本論文的研究不僅為該排土場相似的陡傾基底排土場的安全相關(guān)研究提供科學依據(jù),也為其他礦山排土場的安全研究提供了一定參考,因此,對陡傾基底排土場的安全研究具有實際意義。
[Abstract]:Taking the dumping site of a mine in Jiping as the research object, this paper analyzes the safety problem of the slope of the dump with steep topographic features, which is typical of the dump. Safety analysis is generally through the search, analysis and prediction of the system, engineering, production activities and other processes of potential hazards and harmful factors and possible risks, consequences and degrees, and finally put forward feasible safety measures of the research process, From the point of view of safety science, it can be summarized as the discovery of dangerous sources, the analysis of hazard sources and the preventive measures, so as to achieve the purpose of studying the safety and stability of the system. Dump is one of the major hazards restricting mine safety, and steep topographic dump is a major hazard in dump. At present, the original topographic slope of the dump is between 12 擄-30 擄, with an average slope of 25 擄, which belongs to the dump with a steep base. In addition, the height of the designed reactor is 230 m, the actual height of the dump has reached 134 meters, and the pile discharge is still continuing, which has great potential safety problems. The paper analyzes and studies the safety of dump. First, in the previous work, the paper collected a lot of documents, including comprehensive analysis, local analysis, stability analysis and so on, including the comprehensive analysis of the similar steep dip foundation dump, and also included the disaster pattern, the properties of the dumping materials, the dumping pile, etc. Dumping site surrounding the situation and other related issues. Second, in the practice process of the dump, follow up the production situation, analyze the situation of the dump, compare the previous analysis content to get the disaster mode of the dump. Thirdly, the safety analysis of the current dump is made by using the accident tree analysis method. From the results of safety analysis, it is concluded that the stability of the dump is the biggest influencing factor in the safety study of the dump, and then the stability analysis of the dump is carried out. Fourthly, the stability of the dump is analyzed. According to the field engineering investigation, the design data of the mine dump and other relevant documents, the typical section location of the dump is analyzed, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using the fast Lagrangian program. The simulated objects are the entire accumulation and base slope of the dump. In this paper, the stability of the dump is analyzed by establishing the corresponding geological model into FLAC3D, and the process of analysis is combined with the properties of the dump material, the situation of the pile discharge and the design of the forthcoming dump. The dump which is still discharging is divided into three large areas from the bottom to the top. The first area is the third and fourth steps above the dam, the second area is the 5th and 6th steps, and the third is the 8th and 9th steps. During the simulation process, it can be seen that when the pile reaches 30 擄, there is obvious potential sliding surface at the top slope shoulder, the pressing foot phenomenon at the foot of the slope, the shear strain rate is faster and the safety hidden danger exists where the slope of the foundation is large. The study also reveals that the slope deformation and failure modes of the mine dump are internal slippage and composite sliding, and the safety factors of the dump after stacking are obtained respectively with the superposition of the surcharge area. The safety coefficients of the first region to the third area are respectively 1: 2.1 and 1.71.4, which meet the requirements of production safety and are relatively stable. Finally, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the safety of the dump, the corresponding measures are put forward, and it is suggested that effective treatment work be carried out to improve the safety of the whole production process of the dump and ensure the benefit and safety of the mine. The research in this paper not only provides the scientific basis for the safety related research of the dump similar to the steep dip foundation, but also provides a certain reference for the safety research of other mine dump. It is of practical significance to study the safety of dump with steep dip basement.
