冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化水平測(cè)度研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國信息化快速發(fā)展,對(duì)冶金礦山企業(yè)探索新的運(yùn)營方式,不斷完善和豐富智慧礦山體系,突破發(fā)展瓶頸最終實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展具有重要意義。然而我國冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化變革起步較晚,發(fā)展較慢,缺乏對(duì)冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化的系統(tǒng)性研究,可以借鑒的成功案例較少。因此,冶金礦山企業(yè)如何結(jié)合自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行信息化建設(shè),如何測(cè)度當(dāng)前的信息化水平,如何將有限的信息化資源最優(yōu)配置,最終有效促進(jìn)冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)成為企業(yè)決策者面臨的重要問題。本文首先介紹了在國家信息化建設(shè)的大背景下,以冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化相關(guān)理論為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合冶金礦山企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),論述了冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)中存在的問題。并闡述了冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化測(cè)度的內(nèi)涵、目的與意義。為了避免當(dāng)前大多數(shù)信息化指標(biāo)未能很好描述投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)系、避免信息化資源無效投入,創(chuàng)新性的將國家信息化測(cè)評(píng)中心提出的信息化評(píng)價(jià)體系中的效能指標(biāo)引入冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化研究中,在以往基本指標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合了戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃適宜度、管理應(yīng)用適宜度、資本投資適宜度、資源匹配適宜度、信息獲取靈敏度、安全運(yùn)行靈敏度六大效能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行信息化測(cè)度,并分別對(duì)各指標(biāo)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行的介紹并闡述了計(jì)算方法,其次為了避免層次分析法等主觀賦權(quán)的影響,采用熵權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,為冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化水平測(cè)度奠定了基礎(chǔ)。由于冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化效能指標(biāo)的灰色,模糊的特性,采用多層次灰色綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)此進(jìn)行測(cè)度,將效能指標(biāo)分為不同的評(píng)價(jià)灰類,建立屬于各個(gè)灰類的白化權(quán)函數(shù),定量化描述指標(biāo)屬于某個(gè)灰類的程度,根據(jù)所得出評(píng)價(jià)矩陣計(jì)算效能指標(biāo)的測(cè)度值。最后結(jié)合三家冶金礦山企業(yè)案例進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,測(cè)度結(jié)果和三家企業(yè)實(shí)際信息化水平相符。總之,論文是在多種方法及理論的指導(dǎo)下完成了研究的工作,并最終構(gòu)建了:(1)一個(gè)指標(biāo)體系:符合冶金礦山企業(yè)自身特點(diǎn)的信息化測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系(2)一個(gè)系統(tǒng):冶金礦山企業(yè)信息化測(cè)度系統(tǒng)。本文可為企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)提供良好的借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:At present, the rapid development of information technology in China is of great significance for metallurgical mining enterprises to explore new modes of operation, to continuously improve and enrich the system of intelligent mines, and to break through the bottleneck of development and finally realize leap-forward development. However, the informatization reform of metallurgical mining enterprises in our country starts late, develops slowly, lacks systematic research on the informatization of metallurgical mining enterprises, and few successful cases can be used for reference. Therefore, the metallurgical mining enterprises how to combine their own characteristics of information construction, how to measure the current level of information, how to optimize the allocation of limited information resources, Finally, it is an important problem for decision makers to promote the informatization construction of metallurgical mining enterprises. This paper first introduces the problems existing in the informatization construction of metallurgical mining enterprises under the background of national informatization construction, taking the relevant theories of informatization of metallurgical mining enterprises as the starting point and combining the characteristics of metallurgical mining enterprises. The connotation, purpose and significance of the measurement of informatization in metallurgical mining enterprises are also expounded. In order to avoid most of the current information indicators fail to describe the input-output relationship well, and avoid the invalid input of information resources, This paper innovatively introduces the efficiency index of the informatization evaluation system put forward by the National Information Evaluation Center into the informatization research of metallurgical mining enterprises. On the basis of the previous basic indexes, it combines the suitability degree of strategic planning and the suitability of management application. Capital investment suitability, resource matching suitability, information acquisition sensitivity, safety operation sensitivity are measured by information technology, and the contents of each index are introduced and calculated. Secondly in order to avoid the influence of subjective weight such as analytic hierarchy process the entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight which lays a foundation for the measurement of informatization level of metallurgical mining enterprises. Because of the grey and fuzzy characteristics of the information efficiency index of metallurgical mine enterprise, the multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the index, and the efficiency index is divided into different evaluation grey classes, and the whitening weight function belonging to each grey class is established. Quantificationally describing the degree of index belonging to a certain grey class, the measure value of efficiency index is calculated according to the evaluation matrix. Finally, three cases of metallurgical mining enterprises are used to verify that the measured results are consistent with the actual information level of the three enterprises. In a word, under the guidance of many methods and theories, the thesis has completed the research work. Finally, an index system is constructed: the index system of information-based measurement in accordance with the characteristics of metallurgical mining enterprises. A system called "Metallurgical Mine Enterprise Informatization Measurement system" is constructed. This article can provide good reference and help for enterprise information construction.
