菱形楔形混合掏槽爆破的數(shù)值模擬研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了提高隧道在堅(jiān)硬巖石條件下深孔爆破的掘進(jìn)效率,首先提出了菱形楔形混合掏槽技術(shù),計(jì)算了掏槽爆破技術(shù)參數(shù);然后采用數(shù)值模擬研究了混合掏槽的爆破成腔過(guò)程及應(yīng)力波的傳播規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)了槽腔過(guò)程的可視化,并提取了關(guān)鍵部位的有效應(yīng)力峰值;最后進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用試驗(yàn)。研究表明:該掏槽方式形成了多級(jí)多段掏槽,增加了爆炸應(yīng)力波對(duì)堅(jiān)硬巖體拉伸壓縮破壞的次數(shù),有利于破碎堅(jiān)硬巖石;菱形掏槽炮孔側(cè)面單元的有效應(yīng)力峰值上下波動(dòng)小,能量分布平均,能減弱炮孔過(guò)長(zhǎng)引起的巖石夾制作用,形成穩(wěn)定成型的槽腔;經(jīng)測(cè)試,平均炮孔利用率達(dá)到了94%,驗(yàn)證了菱形楔形混合掏槽爆破參數(shù)的合理性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of deep hole blasting under the condition of hard rock, the rhombic wedge mixed cutting technology is put forward, and the technical parameters of cutting blasting are calculated. Then, numerical simulation is used to study the process of cavity formation and propagation of stress wave in mixed cutting blasting. The visualization of cavity process is realized, and the peak value of effective stress is extracted from the key position. Finally, the field application experiment is carried out. The results show that this cutting method forms multistage and multi-section cutting, which increases the number of tensile compression failure of hard rock by explosive stress wave, and is favorable to breaking hard rock, and the peak value of effective stress in the side unit of rhombic cut hole is small. The average energy distribution can attenuate the rock clamping caused by too long hole to form a stable forming groove cavity and the average hole utilization ratio reaches 94 by testing which verifies the rationality of the parameters of diamond wedge mixed cutting blasting.
