基于社會責(zé)任的晉煤集團(tuán)發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)型研究

【摘要】:在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài)的形勢下,鑒于我國煤炭企業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,晉煤集團(tuán)需要改變傳統(tǒng)的粗放型發(fā)展模式,探索新的發(fā)展模式,努力適應(yīng)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下集團(tuán)面臨的諸多難題,在競爭加劇、資源匱乏的形式下,找到自身的發(fā)展道路,保證集團(tuán)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。目前,企業(yè)社會責(zé)任已成為國際的一種潮流并且在國內(nèi)也有蓬勃發(fā)展的趨勢,它要求企業(yè)在社會中運(yùn)行發(fā)展,不能僅僅以最大限度地追求利潤最大化為最終目標(biāo),還必須維護(hù)自身員工的權(quán)利和利益,積極促進(jìn)社會的和諧發(fā)展,注重節(jié)約能源資源,樹立保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境的意識等。顯然,企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任的基本要求與晉煤集團(tuán)尋找新的發(fā)展模式所需要解決問題相一致。本研究對于晉煤集團(tuán)基于社會責(zé)任轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展模式體系進(jìn)行了初步研究,分析了晉煤集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,論述了轉(zhuǎn)型對晉煤集團(tuán)在經(jīng)濟(jì)先常態(tài)下保持競爭力,獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的重要性,同時對比各國企業(yè)社會責(zé)任情況、發(fā)展中國家與發(fā)達(dá)國家的企業(yè)社會責(zé)任差異、國外國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒、構(gòu)建了晉煤集團(tuán)社會責(zé)任核心思想,戰(zhàn)略定位,晉煤社會責(zé)任轉(zhuǎn)型盈利模式,以及實(shí)施保障。本文論證了晉煤集團(tuán)基于社會責(zé)任的發(fā)展模式是更具持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的轉(zhuǎn)型模式,能夠提高集團(tuán)競爭力,讓集團(tuán)處于市場優(yōu)勢地位。
[Abstract]:Under the situation that China's economic development has entered the new normal, in view of the present situation of the development of China's coal enterprises, Jin Coal Group needs to change the traditional extensive development model and explore a new development model. In the form of intensified competition and scarce resources, we should find our own way of development and ensure the sustainable development of the group. At present, corporate social responsibility has become an international trend and has a booming trend in China. It requires enterprises to run and develop in society, not only to maximize profits as the ultimate goal. We must also safeguard the rights and interests of our employees, actively promote the harmonious development of society, pay attention to saving energy and resources, and establish the consciousness of protecting the ecological environment. Obviously, the basic requirements of corporate social responsibility are consistent with the problems that Jin Coal Group needs to solve in order to find a new development model. This research has carried on the preliminary research to the Shanxi coal group based on the social responsibility transformation development pattern system, has analyzed the Jin coal group development present situation, has discussed the transformation to the Jin coal group to maintain the competitive power under the economic first normal condition, The importance of obtaining the ability of sustainable development and the difference of corporate social responsibility between developing countries and developed countries are compared, and the core idea of social responsibility of Jinmei Group is constructed by using foreign experience for reference. Strategic positioning, Jin coal social responsibility to transform the profit model, as well as the implementation of protection. This paper demonstrates that the development model of Jinmei Group based on social responsibility is a more sustainable development ability of the transformation model, can improve the competitiveness of the group, so that the group in the market advantage position.
