【摘要】：為研究高壓水射流破煤過程中煤體的損傷狀態(tài)及壓力的分布狀態(tài),論文采用J-H-C含損傷本構(gòu)模型,水射流采用Bridgman狀態(tài)方程,通過拉格朗日-歐拉有限元法模擬計算高壓水射流沖擊煤體的損傷機制,得出了煤體在高壓水射流沖擊作用下不同時刻的損傷變化情況。結(jié)果表明,煤體在高壓水射流作用下,在接觸點兩邊形成"肺葉狀"負壓力區(qū),煤體所受壓力逐漸減小;沖擊速度和產(chǎn)生的損傷隨時間變化逐漸減小,損傷主要集中于坑洞底部。
[Abstract]:In order to study the damage state and pressure distribution of coal in the process of coal breaking with high pressure water jet, J-H-C constitutive model with damage and Bridgman equation of state are adopted in this paper. By means of Lagrangian Euler finite element method, the damage mechanism of high pressure water jet impingement on coal body is simulated, and the damage variation of coal body under high pressure water jet impingement at different times is obtained. The results show that under the action of high pressure water jet, the "pulmonary lobular" negative pressure zone is formed on both sides of the contact point, and the pressure on the coal body decreases gradually, and the impact velocity and damage gradually decrease with time. The damage is concentrated at the bottom of the hole.
