氫化松香酯基陽離子捕收劑M-N的合成及浮選性能

【摘要】:以石英純礦物浮選回收率和季銨鹽活性物含量為指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了摩爾比、溫度、時(shí)間等合成條件的優(yōu)化.以酒鋼焙燒磁鐵礦實(shí)際礦石在捕收劑M-N作用下進(jìn)行脫硅反浮選,所得鐵精礦品位56.54%、回收率77.33%.在5~30℃條件下,浮選精礦指標(biāo)穩(wěn)定,耐低溫性優(yōu)良.捕收性能優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)藥劑十二胺和醚胺.Zeta電位和紅外光譜分析表明,M-N在石英表面發(fā)生靜電吸附作用和氫鍵作用,因此加強(qiáng)了浮選分離的效果.
[Abstract]:The synthesis conditions such as molar ratio, temperature and time were optimized based on the flotation recovery of pure quartz minerals and the content of quaternary ammonium salts.
