抽采長度對煤層氣開采效果的影響分析

【摘要】:運用自主研發(fā)的多場耦合煤層氣開采物理模擬試驗系統(tǒng),開展三維應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下煤層氣開采物理模擬試驗,分析不同抽采長度條件下煤儲層內(nèi)氣體壓力參數(shù)的動態(tài)演化規(guī)律。研究表明:不同抽采長度條件下,氣體壓力都是從鉆孔中心周圍開始下降的;抽采前期氣體壓力下降顯著,隨著抽采時間的延伸,各測點氣體壓力值變化速率減小;隨著抽采長度的增加,氣體壓力梯度較大的區(qū)域明顯擴大,同時會提高瓦斯的解吸速率,抽采效率提高。抽采斷面上的等壓線則以鉆孔為中心,呈圓環(huán)狀分布,氣體主要是匯流至抽采鉆孔,層面流場中等壓線則以鉆孔為對稱軸呈漏斗形分布。抽采長度對突出危險消除區(qū)域出現(xiàn)時間影響不大,但隨抽采長度增加,消除突出危險性所需時間減少;由于應(yīng)力集中區(qū)應(yīng)力大、解吸速率慢,消除突出危險性抽采所需時間較其他區(qū)長。研究成果可為現(xiàn)場合理布置抽采鉆孔,提高抽采效率以及確定合理的抽采時間提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the physical simulation test system of multi-field coupled coalbed methane mining is developed, and the dynamic evolution law of gas pressure parameters in coal reservoir under different extraction length is analyzed. The results show that under different extraction lengths, the gas pressure decreases from the center of the borehole, the gas pressure decreases significantly in the early stage of extraction, and the change rate of the gas pressure decreases with the extension of the extraction time. With the increase of extraction length, the region with larger gas pressure gradient will expand obviously, meanwhile, the desorption rate of gas will be increased, and the extraction efficiency will be improved. The isobaric line in the extraction section is centered on the borehole and distributed in a circular pattern. The gas flows mainly to the pumping hole and the isobaric line in the stratified flow field is distributed in the funnel shape with the borehole as the symmetry axis. The extraction length has little effect on the emergence time of the outburst danger elimination area, but with the increase of the extraction length, the time required to eliminate the outburst danger decreases, and the desorption rate is slow because of the stress in the stress concentration zone. It takes longer than other districts to eliminate the outburst danger. The research results can provide certain theoretical basis for reasonable layout of extraction boreholes, improvement of extraction efficiency and determination of reasonable extraction time.
