露天礦坑端幫陡傾巨厚鐵礦體開采誘發(fā)邊坡變形破壞規(guī)律預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:露天礦坑端幫礦體開采將誘發(fā)礦坑邊坡發(fā)生變形破壞,合理預(yù)測(cè)邊坡破壞規(guī)律可以有效地避免滑坡造成的危害。本文以眼前山鐵礦為例,利用離散單元法預(yù)測(cè)礦坑端幫陡傾特厚鐵礦體開采誘發(fā)的邊坡變形破壞規(guī)律。 主要工作與成果如下: (1)利用項(xiàng)目組自主研制的三維地質(zhì)建模軟件RockModel,為3DEC建立考慮復(fù)雜地質(zhì)界面與節(jié)理分布特征的數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算模型;根據(jù)室內(nèi)巖石力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)節(jié)理特征統(tǒng)計(jì)分析成果,確定巖體與節(jié)理的力學(xué)參數(shù)。 (2)以東端幫第一層(高程范圍為-51m--69m)礦體開采造成的邊坡破壞特征實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),利用3DEC進(jìn)行開采模擬,驗(yàn)證計(jì)算模型與力學(xué)參數(shù)的有效性。 (3)在此基礎(chǔ)上,依次模擬開采東端幫第二層-第四層礦體(高程范圍分別為:69m~-87m、-87m~-105m、105m~-123m),預(yù)測(cè)開采過程中礦坑邊坡變形與破壞規(guī)律。 分析結(jié)果表明:隨著開采深度的逐步增加,采空區(qū)頂部圍巖不斷垮落,南北側(cè)巖體分別沿兩組優(yōu)勢(shì)節(jié)理面向采空區(qū)內(nèi)滑動(dòng);采空區(qū)上方邊坡坡面產(chǎn)生沉降并向坑內(nèi)滑動(dòng),北側(cè)邊坡坡面向南西方向移動(dòng),而南側(cè)邊坡坡面向西偏北方向移動(dòng);邊坡坡面開裂范圍逐漸擴(kuò)大,且北側(cè)范圍始終大于南側(cè)破壞范圍。
[Abstract]:In this paper , using discrete element method to predict the slope deformation damage rule induced by the mining of steep dip - heavy iron ore body at the end of the pit by using the discrete unit method .
The main work and results are as follows :
( 1 ) Using the 3D geological modeling software RockModel developed by the project team , a numerical simulation model of complex geological interface and joint distribution feature is established for 3DEC ;
The mechanical parameters of rock mass and joints are determined according to the statistical analysis results of indoor rock mechanics and on - site joint characteristics .
( 2 ) Based on the measured data of the slope failure characteristics caused by mining of the first layer ( elevation range -51m - -69m ) in the east end , the validity of the calculation model and the mechanical parameters is verified by using 3DEC for mining simulation .
( 3 ) On the basis of this , the second - fourth layer of orebodies ( elevation range : 69m ~ -87m , -87m ~ -105m , 105m ~ -123m ) are simulated in this order .
The results show that along with the increasing of the depth of mining , the surrounding rock in the top of the mined - out area is continuously destroyed , and the north - south rock mass slides along two sets of dominant joints in the mined - out area respectively ; the slope surface on the upper side of the mined - out area generates settlement and slides into the pit , and the north - side slope slope faces south - west direction , while the south - side slope is moving towards the north - west - north direction ;
The crack range of the side slope is gradually enlarged , and the north side range is always larger than that of the south side .
