新型Gemini含酯基陽離子捕收劑的浮選性能

【摘要】:以環(huán)氧氯丙烷、十二烷基二甲基叔胺及丁二酸為原料合成新型Gemini含酯基陽離子表面活性劑M-302B。以M-302B為捕收劑對石英和磁鐵礦純礦物進(jìn)行浮選試驗(yàn)表明M-302B可用于石英和磁鐵礦的浮選分離。以M-302B為捕收劑對酒鋼選礦廠焙燒—磁選后的精礦進(jìn)行浮選試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,在礦漿p H=7、溫度為25℃、苛性淀粉用量為400 g/t、M-302B用量為400 g/t條件下,可得到精礦鐵品位為60.24%、回收率為82.19%,選礦效率為31.13%的指標(biāo)。M-302B與十二胺浮選性能對比試驗(yàn)表明,相較于十二胺,M-302B捕收能力強(qiáng)、耐低溫且產(chǎn)生泡沫易被消除。ζ電位測試和紅外光譜分析表明,M-302B在石英表面的吸附機(jī)理主要為物理吸附和氫鍵作用。量子化學(xué)計(jì)算表明M-302B活性高于十二胺。
[Abstract]:A novel Gemini ester containing cationic surfactant M-302B was synthesized from epichlorohydrin, dodecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and succinic acid. The flotation experiments of quartz and magnetite with M-302B as collector show that M-302B can be used for flotation separation of quartz and magnetite. Using M-302B as collector, the flotation test of the concentrate after roasting and magnetic separation in Jiugang concentrator was carried out.
